Not sure what the rave is about honestly. Maybe I was there on a bad day or something. I stopped in to try things out when I was visiting the area for my son’s dental appt. There were two women there, one was super friendly the older one was just flustered the entire time I was there. I asked for a caramel apple bun, they were sold out. I asked for a pumpkin pie bun and I got the last one. I also asked for a chocolate cupcake and two eclairs, some bread pudding bun and a coffee cake bun. At the register there was a coupon that said buy one get one as well as 10%discount. I asked about the coupon and they still charged me full price! The girl says to me oh that coupon just came out today and proceeded to charge me 6.99 for a coffee cake bun. I was floored. The older lady then proceeded to question me on whether or not the item I had in my hand was supposed to be for my order…there was no one else in the store. When I got home I took my stuff out and the chocolate cupcake that I paid full price for was not added to my bag. The older lady was in charge of bagging up my items but she was too busy worried about me stealing the item I had in my hand, than to do her job so now I have paid full price, missed out on the cupcake and nothing I got was fresh. They were all (every single bun) burnt tasting, dry and the bread pudding tasted like bread (even with the vanilla drizzle). Weird because I didn’t feel the vibe that I wasn’t welcome there because of my race but how come my experience was so different from the other reviewers mentioned here? Very disappointing, I won’t be back and that sucks because I was so excited to love it there.

The sticky buns here are HOLY. They are huge, almost always served warm, and just incredible. I also enjoy the coffee and the other cinnamon buns/frosting, but the sticky buns are a must-try. This is a great place to pick up the best breakfast ever. I wish they were open on Sundays or had seating options so I could enjoy a sticky buns ASAP!

This wonderful place has been on my radar for quite some time. I’m 45 minutes away but knew from what I’d heard this was a must visit. As I may have a stickybun addiction I have long thought I’m quite the authority. Mr. Stickys did not disappoint…AMAZING is a good start, delicious and warm and beyond what you can dream of Sticky being. HIGHLY RECOMMEND… the staff was so friendly and helpful!

Their buns are soooo good like omg..
I just had the original and a Apple Crumb that is seasonal one.
I thought it’s kinda expensive for single bun, but it’s huge!! Staffs said it’s 2 serves per each, so I think these are great price 🙂

Not my favorite first impression of Mr.Sticky’s Pottstown. I had multiple friends rave about this place and when I had a doctors appointment in Pottstown I decided to give them a try. The staff was absolutely slammed with phone orders and DoorDashes. They were clearly understaffed because someone called out last minute and everyone was talking about how that employee needs to “call and not text that she’s not coming in again.”
I ordered 4 sticky buns and 1 coffee. I wanted the Raspberry Chocolate coffee. They didn’t have a pot of it and asked if I could wait. Sure thing, I don’t mind waiting. I watched them brew the coffee and then put the coffee pot on the heater. I thought to myself “that’s odd, but maybe that wasn’t my coffee they brewed?” After my Sticky Buns came out I sat at one of the tables, visible to staff, and I waited 15 minutes before I stood up. One of the employees turned white as a ghost when she realized she didn’t make my coffee. She apologized and was lost in the mix but she was also teaching another new employee how to put whipped cream on drinks because the new employee was overflowing the cubs with whipped cream.
I just wasn’t thrilled with my overall experience and it’s not worth it to me to come again. Food was fine but not worth if it they are chaotic like that every time.

The sticky bun is good. But I felt as if I wasn’t welcomed. The woman behind the counter barely spoke and she spoke so low. When she gave me the sticky bun she dropped the bag on the counter. I’m black so hey maybe that was a factor?

About 5 years ago I came in here to buy a sticky bun for my husband. The man running the place asked what I was having. When I told him I was gluten free he promised that someday he would make a good gluten free bun. It had been done! I just had the best gf sticky bun ever!

When we walked in everyone welcomed us to Mr stickys. Service was good and friendly. We got sticky buns with walnuts. They were delicious and very large. Worth the money.

Cinnamon rolls are my favorite and to stumble across this place was heaven sent. 10/10 these rolls are delicious. Even the bread pudding was delicious. The staff and service were amazing. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
