Not very pleased with the service here. However, it would seem that I’m not alone in this. How is this establishment still in operation? I stopped by this restaurant to simply get something small to eat to hold me over until dinner. Chicken strips and small drink. I was charged $12 when the menu said $7.99. When asked about the charges I was met with a very rude response. I was automatically charged for ranch when I didnt request it. Then she very rudely demanded to wait outside.

Food was amazing and service was even better. I didn’t have enough money for food or a drink and the lady paid for it, as well as giving my friend a free water bottle. I’m honestly really happy with with Mr. Sibs and it will continue being my favorite small food place. The woman also complimented my dress so that’s a plus.

Lady “accidentally” hit the sausage button twice instead of the small drink botton and charged extra 8 dollars. Considering some other reviews it doesn’t look accidental. Check your receipt. Also food was not good at all. Salty as hell. Carne asada doesn’t taste right.

Went back in to ask about the pricing and automatically the old Caucasian woman get rude automatically. She obviously doesn’t comprehend well and have poor communication skills. The fish sticks are the same fish sticks you get in the frozen aisle of food4less. $24 fries weren’t crispy like I asked. $0.99 for 6 jalapeño pieces. I get it’s busy but customer service and quality is trash.

Today April 22 2025. I was in webertstown mall. . I got ice cream I seat down in front of Mr sibs restaurant. I was about 40 minutes. No one said anything to me. Then a young gentleman African american set three tables away from me. My name is own business. The white older lady working in side . Came And look at the young gentleman african american man. Told him that this place is reserved for the restaurant only. He told her that if it was busy he would get up and leave. I had a problem with it because i’ve been there forty minutes She never came out and said anything to me Some people think I am white but I am Portuguese. So Start vide Both of us sitting down eating. So the young gentleman pulled out his phone and did the same thing. So when I was done eating my ice cream , I went to her and I Told her we don’t need people like you in the world With racial things like this I back the young gentleman up.I do not stand for raci Color. I ordered the double cheeseburger and they gave me a single when I went back they gave a extra patty which is fine. As far as customer service they were fine but the mature last behind the counter was great no complaints but if there more than 2 options no one would be here because of the price and the inconsistency if your order will made right. I wish I would’ve took photos. Please don’t go here. The chicken was raw and there was purple parts. We found hair. Know damn well it wasn’t my friends hair. It was in the chicken and it was grey. Some of the fries where not cooked all the way. And we payed 35 dollars never going here again.
