My boyfriend and I had a really disturbing interaction here. We called and had food delivered, paid in cash, and even tipped the driver. Unfortunately, the food was not even the slightest bit okay—everything tasted old, bland, rough, and stale. When we called the store to let them know, they treated us with complete disrespect. The owner even called us liars and refused to issue a refund, even after we physically brought back all the food to prove we weren’t lying.
They then claimed they couldn’t return our money because they “work through DoorDash,” even though we had paid them directly in cash. Throughout the entire interaction, my boyfriend and I stayed calm and respectful, but the owner and staff were the exact opposite.
Absolutely unacceptable service and food quality. Do yourself a favor and do not go here!

I love mr rice!! Theyre my favorite Chinese spot to order on DoorDash , I always get sesame chicken with plain lo mein and they always make it incredible. Always very fresh tasting chicken and nicely fried. Definitely check this place out!

Their veggies and meat were extremely fresh. The broccoli was not overcooked and had an amazing crunch to it. Very fresh! The rice is very different from other Chinese restaurants, and is probably the one thing I would change. The rice was good but had better fried rice at other locations; the pork, carrot and pea pieces were very fresh in the rice.
The food was very tasty, however, if I may recommend something to the restaurant, please use less sodium. Although the food was very tasty, I think using less salt would have made it taste even better.
I would HIGHLY recommend the fried chicken wings. They kept their crunchy texture after sitting for 15-20 minutes in the bag. They were so crunchy and the wings were pretty well sized unlike other Chinese restaurants. Other restaurants give you very small wings with barely any meat or taste soggy.

Food was pretty ok. A bit pricey. I ordered the side of wings and I was disappointed because they were pretty hard. The place is very ran down and can use some updates.

Made an order on their website before 6pm, eta 6:32pm. When it almost was 7pm I called them just to find out when we should expect the delivery since it was clearly running late. The woman put me on hold for the manager and then disconnected me and then they refused to answer any of my calls afterwards and kept ignoring them or sending them to a full voicemail. Funny how after spamming them with calls a delivery driver suddenly got in touch with me. But oh, he was trying to deliver to the complete wrong town than listed on the order. So after all that, our food didn’t even show up till 7:45pm. Will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Clearly decent service isn’t a concern of their’s.

A new owner has taken over but the food is still good. I wish the crab rangoon was still whole not shaped like dumplings but they’re still good. Food is always on point. I gave 4 stars for service because for the life of me I never get utensils in my bag. There’s never a fork in there. You shouldn’t have to ask. Other than that I’m still a loyal customer.

The food taste soo much better. It must be under new management. The egg rolls taste correct, Lo mein noodles aren’t overly sweet anymore which is good, the boneless spare ribs are amazing. The chicken wings are still amazing like always. Bourbon chicken taste like bourbon chicken I had in a different state and that is a good thing. Overall the food here tastes so much better
