I saw the 15% gratuity for dinning in so I decided to order take out. I only wanted oysters. I ordered half dozen. The menu had a lot of hand written prices. That to me is unprofessional. If prices are changed just have new menus printed. Hostess was very nice. Took my order and I waited. Once I got my order I went to my car to eat it because I did not want to eat cold oysters. Oh man, best Oysters I’ve ever had. The flavor was on point. I wish they gave more bread but I enjoyed every bite. Next time I will order a full dozen or more. So delicious. Although it’s a drive from where I live but I will make that drive.

ANGIE AND DUTCH was literally the only two working and they had the whole restaurant by themselves, literally iconic, and it was literally amazing.

Let me say hands down the food itself was phenomenal really a must try . The waiter was great as well. However, the owner lacked in so many ways in customer service. I walked in ask for a table for thee and she told me to talk to such and such and when I ask who, she called someone over to assist me. I was sated after 10 mins and the waiter was great. They were busy and understaff but the team worked well to exceed expectations. I was beyond pleased that I ordered extra after waiting about twenty minutes the waiter/hostess comes to our table asking did we still want the food cause the owner informed her we no longer wanted our food. Not sure where this came from but we explained we do. After an hour we went to the front because we’ve paid our bill and became anxious just for the owner to became rude and disrespectful. When we spoke to her we proceeded to watch her call the waiter in the kitchen to yell at her. The owner lacked professionalism and short tempered, English, and a bit so sauce. She was short tempered. It was the night before Valentines they were busy but customers are what makes your establishment.

I really wanted to enjoy this place, but the service was extremely disappointing. I initially tried to be understanding, as there appeared to be only two staff members working. However, despite this, they consistently prioritized a guest who was filming TikTok content while neglecting other customers.
I had to CANCEL my seafood boil because it was prepared incorrectly, and I never received a replacement. My soda was never refilled, and overall, the service remained poor throughout our visit. To make matters worse, an automatic tip was included despite our party consisting of only two people and the service being far below acceptable standards.
This establishment seems to cater primarily to influencers rather than providing quality service to all customers. There was nothing particularly special about the food the oysters, in particular, were disappointing which is what they boost about.
It was especially frustrating because my fiancé and I had saved this spot for a special outing our anniversary, only to leave feeling dissatisfied and poorly treated.

A side note is maybe our waitress was stressed out by all the tables and that’s not fair to her but we are also spending our hard earned money so it’s not fair to the customer either.

I have been coming to Mr Qs for years and never commented until today. The service was not good. No menus provided with bowls and utensils as we went to our table. They seem to be catering to the social media influencers that were there recording. It took over 30 mins to get 12 oysters. Which we never got so we left. This isn’t the norm but it was very disappointing. No apologies given nothing. Its amazing how these establishments treat their regulars for clout!

My friend and I both ordered the same seasonings and sauce. Hers was obviously a darker red and mine a white Alfredo colored sauce. I didn’t enjoy it at all. This is what i get for trying to try something different. Boil was disgusting.

The food isn’t bad but they do try to lowball you, I ordered a pick up and I’m not stupid but half a pound of blue crabs sure isn’t 1 singular crab. I don’t understand why they have a phone number if they’re not even going to pick up

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now and am HIGHLY disappointed in the change in service that I experienced while social media influencers were patronizing the business as well. Excessive wait times with no explanation and seeing influencers receive top service while loyal customers were treated as a tertiary afterthought was very telling. My party and I had to wait over 15 minutes to be seated and then another 30 minutes for a dozen oyster that we never received before heading to another restaurant for better service. Both myself and those I’ve recommended this restaurant to will no longer be spending our money here.

The service top freaking tier! Angie did her big one. She’s great! The food- wait the charbroiled oysters. Run me 20 of them! Too good!

Flight was cancelled and pushed to the next day we came here for dinner. And it was the best decision.

Keep up the good work. Love to see us thriving!
