Really good plates, chill atmosphere. My favorite in the area. If I could say one thing on general on Mexican restaurants and frijoles: pretty much everyone does refried beans, and they’re ok, but not great. A stand-out move would be to do whole beans (soup beans, slow cooked and seasoned). Similar food costs, similar setup, but way more interesting on the plate.

The restaurant is very nice with plenty of parking. The service was very good. I ordered an enchilada plate with a green sauce that was really good. My boyfriend ordered a steak chimichanga. It was a little bit on the soggy side and the meat was tough so he was not happy. The chips and salsa were very good as was the guacamole. My margarita was very good too.

Ordered the mix fajitas, portion was just right. The meat didn’t have much flavor, it was just ok. The refried bean very bland. The chips and salsa was a little below average. They offered a spicy and regular salsa. They looked very similar just one had a little bit of chilies in it. Service was crap for only 5 people in the restaurant. Food took over 20min to get to the table. Never got a refill and they only checked on us once. I didn’t like the menu it seemed to have Americanized choices, I saw a steak covered in queso cheese… gross. We will not be returning and continuing the search for a quality Mexican food.

Highly recommend Mr. Pancho’s for anyone looking good food at great value. The burrito I had was flavorful and huge, had it for lunch the next day to. Portions were generous, and presentation was on clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The ambiance was cozy with a nice mural as you enter. It feels like a great place for casual dinner.

They are my go-to mexican restaurant, the food is soooooo good, and the service there is incredible. I genuinely have no desire to go to another restaurant due to how good they are. I have brought many friends and families there to try it out, they were all unsure at first until the tried the food and now this is their favorite mexican restaurant. One of my friends travels and hr and a half just to eat here with me.

We had the bean dip, taquitos mexicanos, steak tacos, and the kids had happy chicken. Everything was so good and the portions were big. The salsas were good and had their own unique flavor.
