I was excited to go eat here due to the good reviews, let me steer you away to a different restaurant.
The service was awful, our waitress was impatient and slow, rude with grabbing things off the table and how she talked to us.
The food took 25-30 min to get to the table after ordering, and 3/4 of us ordered chicken cheese and rice. Once we got the food, it was not worth the wait, stale and without taste. All 4 of us agreed on that. I definitely won’t return and recommend anyone reading this go somewhere else.

Came in with a co-worker before work because he’s always down for some Mexican food. Service was friendly and the food came out quickly. The Chile Relleno was delicious. Was very glad that I ordered it.

Sadly it’s gone really downhill. It breaks my heart to leave a bad review bc this used to be one of my favorite places. We are here very often!! However, it’s been terrible lately. The food is decent -if you pick the right item- (tortilla soup was served cold!!) but the service is bad. 🙁 Multiple times we haven’t gotten silverware , the chips have been burnt and stale, the drinks haven’t been refilled, etc.

We went here for Taco Tuesday because we heard that you could get chicken soft tacos for $1 each. I had never been, but my husband had once previously. To get directly to the point, the place isn’t great.
Before we got there, I tried to call the restaurant around 3 PM, but no one answered. When we got there and walked in, the phone was ringing off the wall but employees were not interested in answering it. Needless to say, it rang the whole time we were there. No one answered it.
The restaurant is located in a one-exit location in the same building as an oil changing place. It could be tricky getting out at times.
We were seated pretty quickly, and brought chips and salsa. No one took our drink order for approximately 10 minutes. After the waitress brought drinks, it took a good while for them to take our order. Others had come in and been seated and ordered, and some were even getting their food before we were able to order.
We each ordered only two tacos. Again, others were getting their food before us. The food itself was okay and I definitely won’t complain about the price. It was $6 TOTAL including tip, for four tacos!! The pricing is great for these. However, it doesn’t overshadow the fact that the service here is AWFUL.
I agree with some of the more recent reviews about the service being terrible. Don’t go if you’re in a rush or have high expectations because you’ll be disappointed. Needless to say, we won’t be going back.

I use to go here all the time and the service was great. Today me and family went to dine in. We walked in no was in the front, we waited on a waiter. When she finally came out the back she had an attitude. She seated us asked what we wanted to drink we after she took our drink order 2 sweet teas, a water with lemon on the side and a coke. It took her 5 mins for her to back with our drinks and when she did another young lady brought salsa and chips. Our waitress walked didn’t if we were ready to order just walked off without saying a word. So I got up from our table and walked to the front and told her we were ready to order. The waitress stood looking at me upset. When she did come to the table she had an attitude like she didn’t want to serve us. We gave her our order she didn’t seem interested in taking it. Finally I asked if there were a problem. No response just stood there looking. This upset me I canceled my order offered to pay for our drinks but we hadn’t touch them so I said I’m not paying for those either. Me and my children left and had an amazing experience at Aztec. Aztec’s customer service was very welcoming and pleasant especially after what we just experienced. And Aztec’s food is delicious!!!

The margaritas were great! Strong and good! But the service was HORRIBLE! WE HAD TO ASK FOR REFILLS ON DRINKS. CHEESE DIP WAS COLD! OUR WAITER ERIK DIDNT EVEN COME BACK TO ASK WAS THE FOOD OKAY. We had to ask for silverware and straws. And not to mention when we first walked in I immediately noticed how the blacks were on one side and the Caucasian’s were on another side! I didn’t like that at all!! I had to ask twice for the second margarita! The food was decent.. nothing to brag on! When it was time to pay Erik stood there for the money. Funny bc any other time he came to the table he would be in a rush to leave! I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!

Went on a Tuesday. Ordered the house margarita which, according to their blackboard as you walk in, is $3.50. Got charged DOUBLE. Brought it up to the waitress, told “that’s not right”. Then remove your false advertising! This isn’t the first time they’ve done something like this. All of my families will not be going back.

I am SO glad we stopped here. We had a large group, so we usually encounter some slow service, but that was not the case here. The waitress who served us was very nice and time efficient. The food was so good! Our tortillas were fresh, cheese dip and tortilla chips were a huge hit with the entire family, and not a single person in our party had something to complain about with our food. We only waited maybe 20 minutes to get our plates and there were 12 of us, so I feel like that’s not bad. Absolutely recommend.
