I genuinely don’t enjoy writing negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. I was looking for an authentic New York–style pizza, something a step up from the usual chains. Pacino’s stood out to me because of their advertised photos and positive reviews. Unfortunately, what I received was far from that. I’ve attached the pictures to show the difference.
The pizza cold, paper thin, overly hard, and honestly tasted bland and cardboard-ish. I expected more for $31(with delivery fees and taxes). The crust was so tough that my jaw was hurting, and my kid needed water just to get through it. Unfortunately , this was the only dinner for tonight but I think we had enough with one slice. Given the price and the advertised pictures, this was simply not it. I hope this was a one off and they can improve, because I really wanted to love it.

I enjoyed everything about my visit here. The house-made Alfredo sauce lightly coated my pasta, but featured a prominent buttery flavor. Kind of a “hole in the wall” inside atmosphere, with outdoor “sidewalk cafe” style seating also available. Friendly staff & excellent food quickly made this place a new addition to my favorites list !!!

This was hands down the best Alfredo pizza I had in quite along time. The flavors were there, the garlic cheese sticks were crispy and delicious especially with the lemon pepper wings. Nicole was super attentive and very polite with a great attitude. Will definitely be coming back!

We have a ordered few pizzas from Mr. Pacino’s in the past and they were always very good. However last night we ordered a Margaritaville pizza and were very disappointed. Toppings were very sparce and it tasted like pizza with just sauce on it and the crust, which I thought was fantastic on a previous order was bland and chewy. I don’t like giving negative reviews but this pizza warrants it.

5 ⭐️ OH. MY. GOSH!!! I just had the most epic dining experience at Pacinos! Their juicy wings are hands down the BEST I’ve ever had! I’m talking fall-off-the-bone tender, flavor explosion in every bite… perfection! ️ And the pizza? It’s like Nonna herself made it! The sauce is rich and tangy, the cheese crust is perfectly crispy… it’s a taste sensation! If you’re craving authentic Italian-American flavors with a twist, Pacinos is an absolute MUST-TRY! Stopped in for one of their lunch specials for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised! First and foremost, great service. I didn’t get her name, but the young lady running the front was awesome. Very friendly, helpful, and made sure I was taken care of. I ordered their two slices and salad for lunch. The salad was crispy, fresh, and their in-house made ranch was phenomenal (I’m a bit of a ranch snob). The pepperoni pizza was delicious. Crispy crust, melty hot cheese, and the perfect amount of sauce.
Knocked one star simply because it was a bit dim towards the back of the restaurant, and the raspberry tea nozzle sprayed all over my hand while filling my drink. Neither a big deal. Otherwise, the place was clean and had a great vibe. Will be back!

Have ordered delivery five times now since moving here and trying them out. Really good each time. Love the bbq chicken pizza, and i get mushroom and black olive. Used delivery service. No problems. Cannot go back to frozen pizzas or national pizza chains. For me, tastes like real pizza made by real people. Cannot speak to quality prior to holidays 2021, but 2022 quality has been great.

Had a pizza craving and since our go-to place was closed, decided to try Pacino’s for their NY pizza via Door dash. Impressed with all the variations. I went with the White Knight personal pizza and a cheese pizza as well. I added black olives, mushrooms and omitted the onions. It was delicious! Would definitely get it again (maybe larger size). Cheese pizza was good too. Love the crust bubbles.

Wow! Best service around. We were helped by Jose, Chandler and Ish. We came in with 4 adults and 6 kids and they took care of us. The pizzas were perfectly cooked and everything was fresh and hot. Best pizza experience we have had in years. These guys know how to treat customers and make them wanting to come back. Hands down fantastic service. You have to try Pacino’s if you haven’t yet.
