Very nice place, food is so delicious! , owner is so wonderful, very inviting! The drinks and food menu is priced very reasonable! Pizzas are fantastic, many beers to choose from! Bar tender Kennedy is outstanding with here knowledge, and service! Speciality holiday drinks available! I’m from Cleveland, and I highly recommend everything about Me Mikes! Will be returning soon! We stopped in to eat before going to The Lamp theater. We sat at the bar but there’s also tables to sit at. We were there around 6pm and they were a bit busy but not crowed. I ordered the Philly steak sub and even though it was steak em meat it was seasoned very well. I also ordered French fries. They were your average fries nothing spectacular. The one woman ordered a Santa Fe Chicken wrap and BBQ CHIP fries. This was also very good. It had a slight kick from the Chipotle mayo which was delicious. The BBQ homemade chips were excellent! I loved them! Highly recommend. The couple in our group ordered a cheeseburger and ff and the woman ordered boneless buffalo chicken. He loved his burger. He said it was juicy and it was so big he couldn’t finish it. She said her buffalo sauce had just the right kick to it. Not too spicy. Over all the food was very good and the prices were average.

I’ve contemplated writing this review but I wish I had more warning before ordering here.
I’d love to review the food, but we’ve been waiting in the pick-up line for over an hour. I’m understanding that sometimes a business gets behind in the kitchen. BUT there comes a point where a manager needs to use judgement and halt orders to allow time to catch up so you don’t have people waiting so long OR have a more realistic wait time presented to people when ordering. Our order was placed a few minutes before 4 PM, with the time of an 5:11 pm pick up and at 6:30 pm we are still sitting waiting in the pick up line. My husband is asking for a refund, again we are usually very go with the flow people and very understanding, but this is beyond reasonable.

Ordered fist time from here and had wings as order. Looks like somone forgot to defeather wings. I’m pretty sure are the same ones I got from aldis week or 2 prior and they still had some feathers but I took time and pulled or cut them out. Apparently Mr Mike didn’t! I especially if he paid the cheap price I did for the then charge me an over market price after. Shame on you as a business.

Check your whole wings before you eat them. Was served bloody wings yesterday 2.11, and when I asked the waitress about it, she took them back to the cook and her reply was the chef is to busy to explain it but he said they are baked before they fry them that the red bloody bone and the red meat around them wasn’t raw… it was and it was disgusting. 1 dozen wings were inedible and charged full price when clearly majority of them were raw.
Food isnt good enough to get away with that kind of service. Absolutely gross.. wont go back for even a glass of water if those are their standards…

First, I do not leave negative reviews (you can check my previous) but in this case I felt obligated. I did a takeout order directly from their own website. The order confirmation and follow-up email advised a time the order would be ready. I arrived at that time and was told that it would be another 25 minutes. I clarified she actually said 25 minutes. No apology, just “they’re really backed up back there.” I waited the extra 25 then went back to the counter to ask if my order was ready. I was told it would be another 25 minutes. I clarified another 25? Again, no apology; just “I don’t make the pizza.” I then said, just give me my money back. After playing with the touch screen, the young lady then called another lady over. After touching some more screen, I was told I could not get the refund since I ordered with DoorDash. I explained I ordered from their site and showed the order on my phone. I was told it goes through DoorDash and I would not be able to get a refund for about 2 days. In meantime, she went back to the kitchen, came out and said it would be 10 minutes. 12 minutes later, I got a text indicating my order was ready. I went back to the counter, advised I got the text. She went back to the kitchen, came out and said the pizza was just coming out, it would be a couple minutes. When it did cone out, again, no apology. I know that delays occur. Looking back at the negative reviews, it appears it happens often at Mr. Mike’s. The excuse is usually a ‘busy Friday night.’ Note, today is Sunday. I would have appreciated maybe an offer of a free beer while I waited or at the very least someone saying, ‘sorry for the delay.’ And btw – the hoagie I ordered was stone cold. Obviously it had been made on time and sat there while the pizza was being made.

My wife and I recently tried Mr. Mike’s after a bunch of our friends telling us how good it was. Was sadly disappointed, other than it being hot once it was delivered. Pizza wasn’t cut whatsoever, hardly any sauce on it (just melted cheese and pepperoni) and hot cheese balls were burnt to a crisp. Hoping it was just a one-off, but highly doubtful we’ll try it again.

If I could give the service a negative rating I would. We have always gone to Mr. Mike’s and supported their business for years. The last three times we have ordered takeout from there. They have messed up the order each time. This time we waited over 45 minutes for our food and when I got home, they had forgot the sausage on one pizza and it was soggy and on the other Pizza it was absolutely black on the bottom and on the edges. There is no way the Cook could’ve missed the black charge. Syds of the Pizza and still decided to provide it to give it to us! My husband called and they said to bring the pizza back down and they would make us two new pizzas. So now at 9 o’clock at night, I have to try to back down there with the pizza. My husband was so hungry that he ate the one pizza and I only took the other one back that was charred. Now the right thing to do after knowing they had screwed up now three times would be just to give me both pizzas, but because I only brought back the one they only gave me the one pizza. I asked to speak to the manager because this was now three times we were inconvenienced by their incompetence. And just as other reviews state they claim they do not have a Manager! Plus his other review state the staff was very rude and ignorant, along with the grandmother that sits there every day, but has no authority in the business according to her. So they have lost our business which every time we go there is at least $100 so we can find other restaurants in the area who are more than happy to provide good customer service and good food!!!

Eat here all the time. Will still continue to eat here. Will update review whenever they get their online ordering system fixed. Multiple times we’ve ordered food for pickup, only to go there 5-10 minutes after the “given pick up time” and be told it hasn’t even been started yet, and they are sorry but they aren’t able to change the time in their system. Needs fixed. Someone can do it. Hopefully it gets fixed soon or we will just start showing up an hour late to pick up our food- equaling a 2 hour wait then, complaining about the food being cold or soggy to get our money back. I’m definitely not above it if it helps a business do better with the small details.

Walked in and sat down at a table. Waited 15 minutes and no server ever came to the table so I just left. Didn’t walk in at night, like the person who responded to this suggest’s. I walked in at 245 pm. There were zero, as in none, tables with people at them. Lousy experience.
