Mr. Mian Noodle house Chinese name: Mr. Mian, is a new brand under Dream Group that mainly focuses on Chinese traditional noodle soup.
Noodles are one of the favorite staple foods for Chinese people, and they will not dislike a staple food for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. At the same time, it is also liked by many foreigners. The most primitive thing in China is to pull noodles by hand. Now, in order to save labor costs and improve the uniform standard of dishes, we have chosen a fully intelligent noodle press machine, which is standard and high-quality. Quickly open all over the American market, copy it to every city, and make a brand new noodle soup brand.

Even though it’s in a mall food court, this noodle soup and dumpling restaurant is better than you’d think. The menu is well thought-out and the packaging helps the food stay fresh and warm for dine in or takeout. The soup dumplings were quite good, the veggie noodle soup had plenty of veggies, and the rib noodle soup had a very generous serving of rib. The beef broth in both soups was pretty good too.

Tried the noodle here again – definitely good! And the bubble tea (original) had the weird bubbles (not tapioca in the same way but more hard jelly) but the tea was good, not too sweet! Mall seating is a bit dirty, though not their fault.

Bad quality of xiao long bao (steam bun) and sheng Jian bao (fried bun). The fried bud is steam, not pan fried! Bad taste as well.

This is the most basic noodles place ever. I doubt if any of things are actually hand made. Chicken shao mai, shrimp dumplings, noodles, all tasted like they were made from frozen packs. For $10 of price, the portion of shao mai and dumplings are noticeably small. The only saving grace was the soup, that had some good taste. Overall not a place I’d like to go back.

Despite its price tag, the noodle soup lacked the refinement and depth of flavor one would expect from a high-quality culinary experience. Instead of delighting in a harmony of complex and authentic flavors, we were met with a soup reminiscent of the straightforward and generic offerings of a budget-friendly fast-food establishment.

We ordered beef soup noodle and shrimp soup noodle and they tasted ok. We also ordered shrimp soup dumplings but they are tasteless and very dry. I felt “bored” when I was chewing them.

The food court at this mall is incredibly busy, and has a lot of offerings. I ordered the chicken shao mai, and my friends got some soup bowls. The soup bowls looked awesome, but I wasn’t in the mood for soup. We ordered at the counter and only had to wait 5 or so minutes for the food, which was pretty great. The chicken shao mai was alright, probably could have used some sort of dipping sauce because the flavor was lacking on its own. For the price point, I don’t think that I would get these again. It’s pretty clear to me that these were mass produced, not made in house, which takes away some of the value to me. However, the service was fantastic and they got the food out quick.

Was delicious and refreshing soup. Our chicken was missing from the order but we didn’t really care to much. The staff was lovely enough to track us down and give us extra chicken Would highly recommend their food

Even though it is in the mall. This is my favorite place for a bowl of soup or soup dumplings. I love their beef noodle soup. Its flavor is well balanced. Not too salty. It’s still umami and savory.

The seldom noodle and broth seperation is here! Mr. Mian is one of those few places that has appropriate noodle soup packaging where the noodle is packaged separately not just dumped into the broth. For that alone, I think it deserves a five star.
I wasn’t expecting much from a food court noddle place and the fact it took just two minutes for my order to be ready did not give me much assurance. But, the taste does not dissappoint at all! I was pleasantly surprised with the broth quality which was of light and clear consistency. Right amount of veggies and adequate meat portion alongside half an egg. The noodles were pretty good too, springy and chewy.
The service was tremendously fast. I would recommend and certainly be back for more.
