Mr Menudo Oficial is a restaurant specializing in menudo, with a wide variety of traditional Mexican dishes. Created by Roger to bring quality food to the community, he says, Not many people make menudo like this, and I knew my dad had the talent. This menudo stands out with its unique flavor, reminiscent of home-cooked meals from grandma or mom. “Anybody could enjoy this menudo,” Roger adds. It’s an authentic taste that’s hard to find anywhere else, along with other classic Mexican flavors.

We visited this restaurant to celebrate my mom’s 63rd birthday, and it was absolutely worth the drive. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Our server, Diana, was amazing—attentive, friendly, and truly made the visit special for us.
The staff surprised my mom with a delicious birthday brownie and a fun birthday song, which meant so much to her. It was a sweet and thoughtful touch that made the celebration even more memorable.
As for the food, everything was incredible. I ordered the tomahawk chilaquiles, which was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. My partner had the chile verde trocitos de puerco, tender and full of rich, comforting taste. My mom enjoyed the menudo, which she said was some of the best she’s had in a long time.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience—great food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you Diana, for going above and beyond to make my mom feel extra special

Her hospitality from the moment we walked in and made sure every detail to our needs
She suggested several items in the menu and we took her recommendation. We drove 50 minutes to eat here and we will definitely come back and request her . Nowadays customer service has been forgotten but she is the best example on how she treated each of her tables . Thank you Almendra

Very nice place, still christmas decorations up which we love. Festive music! Food was delicious and authentic with complementary chips which were really good. Came with toppings for the menudo which was nice, and obviously like the name, the menudo was rich and perfect on a cold morning. The service was also very good our weiter was so nice and constantly checked up on us. Tortillas tasted fresh and were warm. Yummy experience will be back.

Arrive knowing you’ll have wait times on the weekends at least. We got a text when our table was ready which was nice. Food was amazing. Service was great, friendly and efficient. Portions are huge so come hungry and know you can always take it to go.

Been crazing a good bowl of authentic menudo, besides my wife’s. This dish not disappoint!!! We also prefer the chilaquiles Rojo’s with un tamal and bolillo on the side, which was savory, but the chilaquiles could have had a little more of a kick to it. Not bad, but not sure if I would order them again. The cottillitas were tasty , but salty. Comes with a side of rice, beans and guacamole . They serve you chips and salsa what definately home made. Let me tell you bout the café de olla, WOW the flavor tala you back to the mother land. It comes with a side of a concha, which was so soft and sweet.
Carmen who was our waitress was the most welcoming and hospitable! She made us feel right at home:)
Oh and they sing happy birthday to you and the whole restaurant participates :))
The wait to get a booth or get seated is somewhat of a wait, just depending on what time you arrive. It is definitely worth the wait!!!!!!

Menudo was awesome my wife and mother in law loved it.
I had Red and Green Chilaquiles with Birria. Birria was Exllnt. The Red and Green Sauce not so much. Service was Great . Plenty of parking. Salsa not Hot. Otherwise great experience for first timers.

The menudo smelled a bit like pata. I thought i wasn’t going to enjoy it, when I tasted it. I loved it so much. The meat was soft and delicious. It was a bit spicy. I dont eat chili but was able to tolerate the soup. The waitress was hermosa she tended to us very nicely. She keeped coming back to check if we were ok. She was very pleasant. We saw the tic tok drove from Corona. We will be baxk it was good.

The cafe de olla es muy sabroso served up with a small pan dulce was perfect. The menudo was also one of the best I’ve had. It was packed, but we were seated quickly and the service was very attentive. They had good mexican music playing and a fun atmosphere.

1st time trying it came weekday and got seated pretty quickly. Nice, friendly and helpful server Diana! Thank you for your service and help. Definitely be back again right at 8 or after 3. lol. Salsa just the right seasoning. Music added to the atmosphere and not too loud as to prohibit conversation. Brought me back to my childhood.
