The butter chicken I tried was on point. I asked for medium heat which is all I could handle. The combo option came with lentil soup, a side of basmati rice and a generous portion of plain naan. Finished with a small serving of rice pudding, the meal was delicious and satisfying. Price point worthy! I definitely would return.

I was in town for Aahoa convention at LA convention center and decided to walk to LACC from my hotel. It was around lunchtime and saw the Sign for Indian food so stopped in. Being Monday it was quite. Ordered Lunch special- spicy hot – you have a choice of hotness- Vegetarian Matar Paneer, came with rice and naan.

Good Indian food in downtown LA. Ordered takeout, though looked like they had a large (mostly empty) space. Several vegan and vegetarian options. The Chana masala I got was tasty, though didn’t like that they charged extra for rice (as that’s typically standard for Indian food).

We stumbled on this spot and decided to give it a try. We were seated right away and served waters so that was great! We got a Chicken Curry combo and added garlic to the naan. We also ordered Chicken Samosas. We got the Mild Chicken curry and even that was a little spicy! If you think the Diablo sauce at Taco bell is too hot for you, the mild may be too much for you. But for us it was fantastic. We split this between two people the portions are huge! The reason for four stars is although we were serviced super well, there were two parties that seemed like they were having a disagreement of some sort with staff. There were also no napkins at all so maybe it is a cultural or environmental thing? They would have come in handy for the little nose leakage from the spice. Sorry for TMI! There are restrooms there for customers to use so after eating it went to wash my hands no biggie. If you come the food is great but hopefully you get some good service too!

Samosa filling was so bland with just potatoes and some peas and had no flavor at all. Matar paneer was good but their tandoori platter was such a disaster with no any flavor and it was just dry and chewy.

I get butter chicken every indian restaurant I go to. This one was pretty good, super flavorful, plenty of veggies, and lots of chicken. The garlic naan was soft with crispy edges, so good! Definitely recommend.

Excellent Indian food, reasonably priced. We had lamb samosas, pappadam, butter chicken, cheese naan and sesame naan and we loved it all. I had the butter chicken “medium” and my wife had it “mild.” The “medium” was flavorful but definitely not too spicy. We had never had cheese naan (it was stuffed with mozzarella and was similar in size and thickness to a pizza). We will go back.

It was definitely a good experience for me. The food on the table is a bit late. I asked the guy for recommendation and he explained about many dishes and suggested lamb korma. The food was fantastic. And the service was 10/10. That day the knife fell from my table, immediately the boy came with spoon knife and fork and asking which one I need. I really enjoyed such sincere service. Highly recommended.
