This place is the jam! We are from out of town from the Chesapeake Bay area and from Florida… This is absolutely the real deal. They got a proprietary seasoning blend that is bomb. They also have great prices. Their boss platters have lobster, crab legs, steak, shrimp, sausage, corn, potatoes… What more could you want! They also have a lovely socially distanced outdoor patio in the backyard.

Nice spot to grab some good home cooked food. I ordered the catfish nuggets which were delicious, my sister ordered the salmon croquettes and they where the size of baseballs. Will definitely be back.

We drove over 30 minutes to get the $40 lobster, crab steak, shrimp and sausage platter and was excited to support the restaurant! Unfortunately the lobster and crab was not seasoned and over-cooked, if not old, the steak was tough and seasoning was lacking on the platter. It was awful. We had to stop somewhere else for dinner after spending over $50.
I wish the server had told us that the seafood was not good at that time and suggested something else rather than serving it. They lost a customer and someone that would rather share a positive experience.

Staying overnight in Lexington on the way home from vacation; found Krabs on Door Dash and took a chance…and super happy we did! Whitening Fish, Lamb Chops, sides of Mac & Cheese and fried shrimp – all of it was fantastic! Don’t let the simple look fool you; this is comfort food at it’s finest. Arrived fast, fresh, hot, and delicious! Now I’m sad and jealous we don’t have this kind of food available where we live! Thanks Mr. Krabs; you rock!

We got the Boss Platter and split it. The portions are generous, full of flavor, and the staff was very friendly. I’m glad there’s a place like this in Lex.
