If you’re looking for Authentic, Fresh, Delicious Greek food with a great value for your money, then Mr. Kebab is your go-to.
We “discovered” this “hidden” gem lying in plain sight (I say this because we’ve overlooked it numerous times in a shopping center we’ve frequented for other places). My wife has been wanting an authentic gyro and good tzatziki for a long time, with only Great Wraps as a weak alternative.
We went in on a Friday evening, and met Teresa. Like a lovely Greek mother, she asked us our order. We were initially getting a tzatziki appetizer, but she stopped us. She informed us the platters will all have side salads and tzatziki. So we ordered a Spanakopita appetizer, and I ordered a Chicken Kebab Platter, while my wife ordered a Gyro Platter.
The inside is a small, intimate place with limited seating, but we easily found a table, as it appears a lot of business is done via takeout. (This is not a problem, but we enjoyed dining in, with Greek music in the background, delicious aromas from the kitchen, and friendly conversation)
When our food arrived, we were officially in heaven. The Spanakopita was fragrant, soft, and incredibly cheesy. The Greek “side” salad was huge, fresh, deliciously crisp with an in-house made Greek Dressing that was like nothing I’ve ever had the pleasure of before. My wife was immediately taken with the vibrant flavor of the in-house made tzatziki sauce for her gyro, which was tender and perfectly cooked on fresh pita. My Chicken Kebabs were like something akin of an outdoor barbecue than any restaurant fare. The portions were wonderfully seasoned and large, with Peppers and Onions cooked just right. I also had seasoned potatoes which were fantastically prepared. As were the French Fries my wife had.
This meal left us satisfied on so many levels. We’ve spent more and gotten less so many times, but not here. And the vibe from this place made us feel so comfortable, it was invigorating. And while we were very full, we couldn’t leave without a piece of Baklava Cheesecake that was a mini feast of the senses.
If you want more than a meal, but an experience, don’t walk, Run to Mr. Kebab. The menu has plenty to offer, and we can’t wait to get back for our next adventure!

My experience here was an amazing one! My husband and I dined in and we were welcomed and well taken care of. We will definitely be back again. Food is made to order, fresh, and has amazing flavors.

Amazing taste, local, and family. During a time where big corporations are ruining society this is a silver lining. Amazing greet food sitting in the suburbs of Georgia. After living in NJ and eating a lot of Greek food this is still my favorite. Support this business! I can’t believe I missed this needle in a haystack too long!!!

We recently moved to the area and we can’t get enough of the food. Everything has been delicious and the kebabs are always cooked perfectly. It sounds too good to be true? Not here. Please do yourself a favor and try it for yourself.

I had the absolute WORST experience here today. I decided to drop into this place for a late lunch after dropping off a package at the UPS store a few doors down. I was so excited to see a Greek restaurant on my side of town. When I walked into the building the two people standing at the front plus the cook just stared at me, no greeting, welcome, smile, nothing… that was strike 1. Then, I go to place and order where I had a few questions about sauces. The cook decided to snarl his lip at me for asking a simple question about a garlic spread and replied with a snarky response as if I worked there and should have already known the answer. Strike 2… I immediately decided to leave as I did not feel welcome there as a customer. If you want to be treated with respect, DO NOT COME HERE! Horrible customer service.

Flavor was on point for the price point maybe even exceeding. Meat quality was slightly average. Thankfully they have seating for dine in. No fountain drinks or tap water. I’ve been to similar Greek restaurants and left disappointed. I felt there was good value here and flavor in everything. Greek dressing was unique to this location and very tasty. Greek potatoes needed to be grill a little not just boiled! I hope this place gets back on thier feet and is able to fully open the inside. Please support local business over chain!

Everything was immaculate. You can seriously tell love and passion went into the food. The lady that served us was very kind and hospitable. I ate here years ago, and I’ve been meaning to come back, and I’m so glad i did. If I could give 10 stars i would.

Let your trip to Greece start here on Cobb Parkway with excellent and delicious homestyle food, very friendly service and great prices. Stop by, even for vegetarians as you will love the food, especially the falafel wrap.
I can’t say enough about the team at Mr Kebab other than go have lunch or dinner with them today.
