The African American young lady that was working this afternoon on 8-19-2025 was very rude to us she hung up on us then told us the phone was messed and and said so now what I said your being very rude she proceeded to continue to be rude calling names and a huge argument happend I asked for the manager she said she don’t want to talk to you as a crew leader I am shocked by her attitude and rudeness towards us this is not the first time she has behaved in this manner towards us I would not recommend this place one bad apple can spoil a bunch and I understand this is the hood but peoooe shouldn’t treat paying customers or anybody in this manner she needs to be removed immediately

Your food sucks compared to when the family owned it, i went there yesterday.Yeah italian beef is totally different. The sausage on my combo was dried out, my chicken wings were over done. And your prices are sky high. Like I said, you may as well close the place down . When the family owed it, they took pride in the food. You guys just don’t care.

Roberto and crew do a really good job with their wide variety of food selections. Pizza is a staple item here. I’ve been told they have great fish dinners and party packs. Enjoy.

I ordered food through door dash I got my food and was short a gyro, I paid 55 dollars including a tip. Our car was broken down (hence why we ordered door dash) I called back and asked if we could have The order brought to us. They told us it’s not their problem and we won’t refund you either, this was coming from a cook mind you the manager either lied and didn’t wanna deal with it or botched up and let his cook handle the shifty buiness please close this place down as the reviews are completely horrible!!!! If you can help it DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Ordered a 6 piece chicken tender meal with fries, 2 cans of soda, and mozzarella sticks. Fries were cold and soggy, mozzarella sticks were cold and the cheese was completely solid in the middle, and they gave me only 1 soda and it was niether of the 2 sodas I paid for. This has been a constant issue with food quality, the taste is great when the order is fresh unfortunately that doesn’t happen often. This is at least the 4th time I’ve ordered there an something was wrong. almost always cold food or super over cooked food each time.

This is your average hood spot. The personal pizza was bangin. The chicken was not seasoned, and neither were the french fries. The chicago dog was just alright. The philly cheese fries were good. I think I will go back and I would recommend to my friends and family.
