Honest review. Found Mr. Hui after searching the overall ratings in Norman, OK. This was our first time trying this restaurant for lunch. Tried the Moo Goo Gai Pan combo plate which came with fried or white rice, an egg roll and either egg drop or sweet and sour soup. The presentation was great as noted in the pictures and I appreciate the freshness and crispness of the vegetables. The egg drop soup was excellent. Also, all the food was seasoned right and not overall salty. The lunch portions were huge with plenty of leftovers. The music was at a low level so you easily have conversation in this restaurant. Overall, I give this restaurant 4/5. You should definitely try this place because you will not be disappointed.

Paid $6 for hot tea thinking I’d be getting a carton. I got a 10oz cup of microwaved great value brand tea. The tri pepper chicken uses cayenne making it mostly inedible.
Should have known this place was a miss when I walked in and it was empty. I’ve seen junkyards with cleaner carpets. $31 for about $10 worth of food I wasn’t even full.

This location is so unassuming that I did not expect the absolutely SPECTACULAR meal inside. The tapioca milk Thai tea was heaven, and the crispy duck was quite literally one of the best meals I’ve ordered in a restaurant. We also had the double cooked pork which was also delicious. The first time we had crispy duck was when we visited Hong Kong and China and I wanted to see if it would compare and we were absolutely not disappointed. 10/10

We had take out, so atmosphere I can’t rate. But i took time to make a review for their yummy hot and sour soup ! The mushrooms were fresh and the soup has a complex sour taste with perfect spices. Honestly it is the best I’ve ever had. Pork fried rice had generous portion and lots of pork, in the days where others are skimping on the protein big time. There fried rice is a little browner and a little more moist than my favorite style but I have ordered here before so I knew it maybe had a bit more dark soy maybe that gives it the brownish color. Not to greasy. Singapore chow me I fun super yummy too, did not skimp on the protein and my tongo carryon was completely full.
Super yum and very fast door dash. My new go to!

Was surprised how good the food and service was here considering the outside appearance. From the street and parking lot the restaurant looks defunct and dilapidated. The front awning is falling apart and weeds are overgrown. Initially I thought the place was shutdown but it did have an open sign. Inside it was much better, clean, well lit, comfortable, but dated. I ordered spring rolls and orange chicken. The food came out in short time, and was hot & delicious. The waitress was helpful in my ordering, was attentive, and professional. I very much enjoyed my meal and the service but I am still scratching my head as to why the exterior looks so bad and on the inside is completely different.

My husband & I enjoyed this place a lot for dinner! It was a very quiet & calm environment, which was so nice for it being a Friday night. My husband ordered the General Tso’s chicken with fried rice & I ordered the beef lo mein. We also got egg drop soup & we’re very picky about that soup & it had the best flavor! Omg is all I can say. Lol. We have found our new Chinese go-to in Norman! Run fast & try this place out! You will be so happy you did!!

This is my go-to spot for Chinese takeout. The food is always hot, fresh, and tastes better than most of the other places around. Portions are big for the price, and I’ve never had a bad meal here. General Tso’s, lo mein, and fried rice are all excellent, and the egg rolls are way better than average. Service is fast and the folks here are friendly. If you’re looking for solid, dependable Chinese food at a fair price, this is the place.

My kiddo wanted Chinese for lunch so we stopped in to eat. We got the pan fried dumplings, which were very good. I ordered the Singapore Mei Fun with only chicken. It was good, not too spicy. My kid got General Tso’s chicken. He wiped it out, but said it wasn’t spicy at all. Definitely recommend.
