A “hole in the wall” esque place which serves delicious no frills food at a good price. The salmon I had was perfectly grilled, moist and flavorful. Not a fan, though, of the fried rice. There is no point to having plain fried rice as steamed rice would be a much better choice. Also not a big fan of the lack of real containers. Excellent staff.

I ordered the chicken hibachi for lunch. I paid $1.15 extra for adding broccoli.
When I returned to my office and opened it up, there was no broccoli. None.
The serving in the to-go container was a gigantic heap of fried rice with a children’s menu portion of chicken. The serving of chicken was ridiculously small. I was extremely disappointed and will not go there again. Don’t believe the pretty pictures online. My food did not even resemble what this restaurant claims to serve.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, for anything at any time. This is a disguised carry out with less of the quality. The facilities is falling apart and pretty unkept too. The food was under seasoning and the rice seemed like stale leftovers from yesterday with just some pepper added. The bathroom was like an untended festival porter-potty. It was so disgusting that my daughter literally cried and fought with me refusing to use the bathroom because it was “dirty”.

I recently visited Mr. Hibachi Downtown and enjoyed my experienced because of the service and the food. I ordered the Hibachi Chicken and it was savory. I have also ordered their chicken and steak hibachi, I’ve also ordered their Vegetable Spring Rolls, and their Hibachi wings which were seasoned with a glaze-like zesty sauce. The cashier/order taker Edna was friendly and made me feel welcomed. Thank you. There is dining, but minimal. Mr. Hibachi Downtown is popular with take out. Metered parking out front. Nice prices.

Our first time we visited we were hoping for a normal meal to go in and out of. we were surprised by how delicious me and my friends dishes were delectable. we ordered chicken and shrimp rice and regular steak rice. second time upon arriving we were treated to some Crab Rangoon appetizers and let me tell you this was amazing. we ordered steak and chicken and chicken and shrimp. these were easily one of the best meals we have had in a LONG time. Awesome hibachi place would definitely recommend.
