I had a great experience at Mr. Hero. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving, but what really stood out was the service. The staff was friendly, patient, and welcoming, which made the whole visit feel easy and comfortable. You can tell they care about what they’re serving and the people they’re serving it to. Sometimes it’s the simple places that leave the best impression, and this was one of those times. I’ll definitely be back! I’d recommend this location to anyone!

Loved Mr.Hero back home and was excited to get it again. The sandwich was great and cheese sauce good but the fries and tots need to cook an extra few minutes cause they all come out floppy and soggy with no crisp whatsoever.

A bunch of us girls ordered some food at my work. When we picked it up, our order was wrong… So we checked the receipt and it was right on the receipt. We called to say that we asked for No mushrooms on the sandwich because I was allergic to them. But wanted lettuce and tomato on a cheesesteak sandwich.
When we called the owner, they said they would call me back and never received a call so called them back two weeks later.
When I talked to the owner, he acted like I was lying… He said the receipt was right and the food was right and that he couldn’t help me in anyway. And then Proceeded to hang up on me because he kept insisting he checked the cameras and the sandwich was right . He’s lucky I didn’t eat the sandwich and have a reaction…. Very sad To have an owner act like that!!!

We go to a lot of Mr.Hero’s, but this one in Cuyahoga falls to us it’s been the absolute best, service&the food is always fresher to us than some of the other ones, we now pass probably 8 or nine Mr Heroes to come to this one!Probably 20 miles or more travel, for us it’s worth it, Love that Roman burger!

Purchased large Roman budget late this afternoon online,; apparently they were out of tomatoes and onions! So sad they have been great but total strike out today. My dogs will enjoy what little meat is on the 2/3”s. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Hands down the worst Mr. hero to go to. Poorly ran, paid 16$ for a sub and got half a sub..that was literally a total of 4 bites. Completely missing one hoagie and our side of tater tots consisted of a total of 7 tater tots for 6$. If you wanna have outrageous prices, atleast give people what they pay for. Never happens at any other Mr. Hero. Just this one.
