I ordered the Roman sub, it’s burger and bacon on tomato and lettuce. EXTREMELY bland, only the sauce contributed any flavor. Had to add seasonings at home. Very disappointing on a $15 sub. The fries were equally bland having almost no salt on them. The cheese sauce is decent. Inside the store it’s clean, but florescent lighting doesn’t make warm/inviting, there’s a TV in the corner, but the atmosphere is dominated by the whirr of the compressor on the drinks machine.

Wish they read and responded to their Google reviews. The food was fine. I was really put off by how the employees are treated. It certainly wasn’t the worst I’ve ever seen, but it still made me uncomfortable. As the cashier tried to take my order, someone kept yelling at her from the back. She had no choice but to stop mid-order, apologize, and retreat to the back. I was left up there alone mid-order for a minute while I overheard her being scolded. Then someone else emerged from the back and was yelled at to “go take that lady’s order.” The new cashier was also friendly despite my being frazzled and forgetting half my order by the time he got to the register. My order of course came out incorrectly from the back, and the cashier handled it appropriately. Whoever this older woman in the back is barking at people should not only treat (who I assume to be) her employees better, but take note that customers can hear everything going on in the back from the register.

We are used to driving 30 mins to Mansfield to get Mr Hero’s. But since they haven’t started on the new building yet and tore down the entire strip mall of the old one, we travel an hour to this one in Brunswick.
We loved that we could eat inside.

Bought 2 Roman Burgers supposedly cooked fresh to order but less than 5 minute ride home bun was flat and dry, very little sauce and very little everything and was barely warm. Went back to voice my dissatisfaction 2 days later due to other obligations since I didn’t have my receipt they called me basically a thief. The worst customer service from New owners didn’t to make it right. Don’t plan on coming back. Never had this problem with previous owner

In this Mr Hero, I have always had good service. I have never gone in when the dining room or the restroom were dirty. My orders are always large. They have never screwed it up. The food is always fresh. It has never been overcooked. The staff is always helpful. Today Haley offered assistance in carrying my order to my vehicle. As usual, a great experience. Thank you
