First time ever trying a Mr Hero. Had a medium Hot Buttered Cheese steak. Waffle fries.(Like Chic-fil-lay) And a soda. 15$ fast service. Clean, well lit place. (You can dine in) Men’s room had a sign saying “out of order” although a male employee used it…food was hot and flavorful. Not a bad experience.

I wish I could give less starts. Our order was submitted and they got confused and made the incorrect order. When I went up there to get the order fixed they refused to fix the order and treated me terribly. They said I could purchase the order again but they would not make it right. The order that we did get had brown lettuce and the meat was cold. The quality was so poor that no one could even eat their order.

Do not order from here! We ordered three sandwiches and they didn’t make one. We asked for the sandwich and they refused to give it to us. They said we made a mistake even though the receipt says differently. The manager said we can just order another one! Why would we double pay?????? Never coming here again.

Mr Hero is are absolute favorite fast food restaurant. Anytime we are in Ohio we seek out the closest Mr Hero. There waffle fries with cheese are amazing. Sandwiches are excellent. Please bring Mr Hero to Michigan!!

*Update* these people here doesn’t like the fact that i use coupons and they always give me a problem. I gave them today a coupon from the app for free fries but he took my phone and changed the coupon to $8.50 medium sandwich which prevents me from redeeming my free item. So, I get home they gave me the fries at the very bottom of the bag, meaning that they weren’t whole waffle fries or even half waffle fries. It was the scraps. Smdh

This Mr. Hero’s location is the only drive thru location! It’s been around for years! It’s kinda in a low key location. Service is always great and super fast! I loved going here before going vegan but still go here from time to time to buy meals for my non vegan family members.

Decent transaction nothing over the top and nothing problematic. They were very slow and the location is somewhat awkward as far as drive thru direction and placement of the building. Food was tasty and fresh. The woman was kind and the area is decent. I ordered the hero burger sub and it was delicious!!
