Usually pretty good w/ good customer service, but my son and I got food poisoning yesterday from the roman burger. I was really sick. My son was fine from his other food, then later on when he ate the other roman burger that I bought, he became ill as well. I think it was the pork.

Absolutely don’t dine here!
They’re incredibly overpriced and extremely deceptive!
I only ordered sandwiches and they tried to charge me for full meals.
Then they attempted to give me small drinks after charging me for large meals. I confronted the cashier and after debate requested a refund and was told that because I paid with a card, they couldn’t!
After almost waiting 15 minutes,
(I was the only customer)
I got home to find the fries were stone cold and one large sandwich, a medium and the other half of the sandwich was a small.
Believe me, this wasn’t a mistake on their part , this is how they conduct business.
I’m one and done, I’ll never eat there again!!!
But I’ll definitely tell everyone to pass on this location…

First time ordering here. I left the store after I paid for 5 min to pick up something else. When I came back, the guy recognized me and handed my order right away, I had slight modification, and they were taken care of. Got the cheesesteak, Not disappointed.

Hadn’t been to any Mr. Hero in awhile. I’m talking a long time. Years! Based on local reviews I gave this one a shot.
Very clean.
Staff wearing masks and seem to get along great. Was very patient as I had to give the unfamiliar to me menu a once over since it had been awhile.
Got me in and out and food tasted somewhat as I remember from decades ago (portions have shrunk from what I remember Mr. Hero to be but thats to be expected). Would definitely come back to this location!

I have been to this very super-awesome Mr. Hero so many times. Went there today and staff was generous and kind to us when we ordered our Mr. Hero food. Staff listened to our orders, too. Believe me, the service there is delightful. Service and staff is very generous, caring and kind in every way. The wait times for food there is never long. They’re always wonderfully short. Best part is the staff wastes zero time preparing our wonderful food. Tasted the plain Romanburger. It was absolutely marvelous and the fries were superb. Food is always the best and it’s beautiful. For their wonderful service, I give this beautiful place 5 stars.

Visited the Richmond Heights Mr. Hero location on a Monday evening, and I just had to leave a review to say the two guys behind the counter were really working their butts off. Even with the endless online orders streaming in and a sudden rush of people in the door, they maintained their composure and professionalism, while delivering timely/accurate/tasty orders.
They deserve a raise. Or at least some help and a stiff drink.
