We enjoyed our visit.
The prices are just tad high.
The food was really good though,
and I liked the cheese sauce with
my waffle fries.
The man who took our order was
nice and helpful.
The lobby REALLY could have used
some attention as all of the tables were
dirty and trash was scattered around.
It sure is a busy place as well.
Oh, by the way, they’ve got lemonade and fruit punch. If you mix 2 parts lemonade and 1 part fruit punch… you get Sweetarts.

Laughable. We used to come here regularly. Now the buns are the size of a large hot dog bun and barely any meat or onions on their “Signature Sandwich”. Sorry. Not stopping here anymore.

Way overpriced. Chicken nuggets looked like they were banquet nuggets with a small amount of sauce globbed on top. Waffer fries were undercooked and there was like 6 small waffers in 1 order. With microwaved bacon. And not enough cheese sauce. The cheese steak was nasty. Made with stakems that they didn’t even chop up. And they wanted $3.00 just for a cup of ice.

It was an online order that was paid for and they didn’t provide the fries for 2 out of the 3 meals. Then I asked for a cup holder and they were so busy talking in the back that they didn’t even hear or acknowledge me. I’ll work on my refund but I don’t want the service from this location anymore!

Desided to order there today for the first time since the previous owners had it well this was a big mistake. Stated I wanted my roman burger well done no I did not get that my meat was mushy like and not cooked long enough and later I soon got sick to my stomach. You have cook food to proper temperature and to check to see if the food is fully done. My pattys were like pale brown and i said well done. Not no more I am about to be fed up with restaurant food

Nice service but worst Mr. Hero I’ve ever had. It seemed like there was hardly any meat on my Roman. The beef patties seemed half as thick as any other Mr. Hero Romans I’ve ever had. I tasted more bread than juicy meats.
