I was CHARGED 4% Sur Charge at check out! Yes they had a notice but I didnt see it till I was getting my Subs! When you charge the tiny machie just takes your charge & thats that! Not until you get your order do you see the Notice of 4% extra! 2% ok fine but 4% NOPE! Never going back! SHAME ON YOU!

Typically, a one-man shop when I go in. Wasn’t thrilled the first time I went in and decided to give it a second shot. Waited 15 minutes for two sandwiches. Close to leaving another customer came in and told the employee working he wanted a medium roman burger; employee rang up two roman burgers and the guy paid for them. A few minutes later he noticed he was charged incorrectly, and the employee fought with the man saying he ordered two sandwiches and refused to refund him (when even I heard him order a medium.) I get back to work and my coworker noticed their sub was a small and not a medium and we were charged for a medium. Don’t think I’ll go back.
