I love this Mr.Hero location the most. (Middleburg Hts) They’re always friendly, and Mark the cook always repeats the order to make sure it is correct. When I eat inside he even asks how my food was. Super friendly. 5 stars!!!

Mr. Hero never disappoints! The Romanburger is hands-down one of the best sandwiches in Ohio — juicy, flavorful, and packed with all the right toppings. The bread is soft and fresh, and the waffle fries with cheese sauce are the perfect side.
The staff here are always friendly and make the food quickly, even when it’s busy. The shop is clean, and you can tell they take pride in their service. They have fancy dining, but if you’re craving something warm, filling, and made just right, this is the place.
I’ve been to a few locations, and this one is consistently the best. Definitely worth the stop if you want a real Cleveland-style sandwich!.

Very poor – avoid coming here on weekends. During the week Laura is there plus Mark is the cook and does a nice job making sandwiches. Came here Saturday and the tall male clerk and the woman cooking both were talking loudly on the phone neither speaking English. Got home and the cheese steak had black grill crap all over it (obviously she didn’t clean the grill before cooking) with hardly any mushrooms or onions. I didn’t eat it and threw it out as not edible as I didn’t want to get sick. I can’t recommend this place and won’t be back

In my opinion there’s nothing better than a Roman burger. I have a long history of eating at Mr hero that’s probably about 50 years. I remember their menu in the ’70s when they sold spaghetti. Walking in normal I want to college in Northwest Ohio where they didn’t have Mr Heroes. When I would come home for school breaks my first stop wasn’t home, it was Mr hero to get a Roman. The cheese steak is pretty damn good too. They always try to add other items which are fine but again, the Roman and the cheese steak are to die for. Oh yeah, the gyro isn’t bad. The staff always seems pretty friendly too

What a warm and inviting . location. I placed my order with a nice young man
and the young lady that works there had my order ready so quickly. Both employees were efficient and personable. The store was spotless. They have a nice TV you can watch while dining. A+++++. My food was delicious. Thank you. See you soon.

We pulled up to go in and was talking and witnessed one of the employee stand there and pick his nose and then wiped on pant and the scoop fries. We decided on not going in and called, spoke to a man he wasn’t concerned then he gave phone to a woman who said she was manager and said when you come in again ask for me “I will make your food”. How about handling the problem and don’t do that if you work with food! Very grossed out!!

This place really is a great example of what fast food can and should be. Yes it’s a bit pricier than some other fast food places but to be honest they are all getting pricey these days. At least here the cost is worth it. The sandwiches are always freshly prepared and delicious. Service is prompt and staff members are attentive. You can’t go wrong with this location.
