Tried one of the new sandwiches. Not what I expected, the steak was a little too salty for my taste. The lady behind the counter actually rolled her eyes because I was looking at the board to choose my toppings. Won’t be returning to this location.

The North Randall store has the flyers and posted inside restaurant for Buy One Get One but they don’t honor it. They say it’s not programmed in the computer. Manager not in store. I will go to a different store from now on!

First time at this location, it is close to work. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff, wasn’t expecting to see people who look like me behind the counter and in the kitchen. Store was clean and bright, and the person who waited on me was pleasant. Food was hot and tasty. Will make it a point to visit again.

I was actually there today because they messed up mine and my mom’s sandwiches yesterday. We both asked for no mayo, but the cook put it on there anyway. The lady who took the orders didn’t put no mayo on the ticket, so I don’t know if that makes a difference. They did replace the sandwiches, though, so that was nice of them. She even remembered me from yesterday and was very pleasant, yesterday and today. The place was pretty clean.

The order wasn’t right or rang up properly. Funnel fries were still frozen when they gave them to my son. They made my sandwiches , but not my fries so sandwiches were cold while waiting for fries
