Mr Hero’s is not the same food and taste as it was 15 years ago. I recently ordered a Roman burger from here and it tasted awful like no seasoning on the meat or the sandwich itself. I am heartbroken cause I have not had a Roman burger in over a decade and I was disappointed. Lost a customer and their advertising is false cause it is no longer a taste to crave.

I was picking up an order for doordash 5/10/25 and the lady at the register was so rude. She asked the name for my order and I said Daniel. I waited a bit and she brought out the food and asked to see my screen to confirm. I was like ok. Then she starts yelling at me that it wasnt the order and snatched the bag away. I couldn’t understand what she was saying except kept saying the order was for Janiel Janiel and i really thought there was another order for a janiel but i glance over at the bag and say it said daniel. I was so confused because usually when people ask to see my phone theyre just confirming the name on the order. and was like ok maybe she meant to say let me see the actual items in the order but thats still no way to talk to someone. I came into the restaurant saying i had an order for DANIEL. If i was just trying to steal food from an establishment how would i know the name of the order and why would i steal from this place of all places

Ordered online at 6:20 for 7:00 pick-up. It’s 7:15 now. Still waiting. Piles of pre made sandwiches sitting under hot lamps. Several people waiting for food. Super disappointed in new ownership. Get your act together!

I went here with my friend on a snowy day. She is a 65-year-old woman that walks slowly for her own safety. The restaurant has a black rug when you walk in. Their floors beyond the rug were all wet from the snow and my friend fell back, landing on her hip/bum area. I set our belongings on the counter and helped her up, her shoes still slipping on the floor, and me slipping trying to get her on her feet. The guy behind the counter at the register just stood there, straight-faced and emotionless, while us two women struggled. He did not offer to help, did not dry the floors, did not even ask if she was ok! As we were leaving, I hoped that he would take at least a mop to his floors, but he did not move from his cash register position. This man was roughly in his 60s as well, so one would expect a bit of empathy and understanding, and maybe some aid, but there was nothing. It was very odd, and severely disappointing and disturbing. I do not recommend dining at a place like this, that lacks humanity. We did not expect chivalry, but decency and kindness to make sure she was uninjured. To note, we were the only people in the restaurant, and while we waited for her food to be prepared (she did still order from them unfortunately), still the only people in the restaurant the entire time, nobody came to mop or dry the floor, or check on her. Terrible establishment! Greatly disappointed!

Great food and service, as always. Order your 14-inch Romanburger with extra meat . Pricey but worth it. That way, you will have one sandwich to eat at the store and one to eat tomorrow for lunch.
Also, get the waffle fries and cheese sauce. Tasty!

This location is clean and the staff is very friendly. However, there is something weird about it that I can’t figure out. The sandwiches taste different, like they actually care about their work. But that means they taste different than every other Mr. Hero. Prices are slightly higher than others as well.
