They put more meat than any other mr.heros that I’ve been to. They also weren’t stingy on the tater tots.

I ordered the (2) medium Romanburger and cheesesteak for 15.99. I also added the waffle fries and (2) cheese cups which total to about 23$. The Food quality was terrible for the amount of money spent. Our Fries were cold, hard, and not edible. The cheesesteak meat was dry,hard, and as if it had been sitting under a warmer. The only thing that was hot and somewhat decent was the cheese cup. I was highly dissatisfied and disappointed with my food that this will definitely be the last time I eat from Mr. Hero. They food is clearly no longer like it use to be.

Ever since Suraj and his staff left, it has gone downhill hill. The wait is too long and the food is cold. Especially the fries and the cheese. Food even tastes different. Are there once with the new staff they have. Never again. I hope Suraj is only on vacation and comes back.

Everytime I go here because it’s close and I love the food, this location does not make it like other locations. My cheesesteaks always come as whole meat here, never shredded like at other locations. It’s never cooked right and always has a hold time. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, and they do it again… everytime! Have to find another location and probably eat in restaurant too because it’s not going to be close to my house…so sad. I love their romanburgers!
