I’ve had better Roman burgers at different locations, but the food was fine overall. Forgot to give me my drink, but I guess we’re supposed to grab it ourselves. Service was worse than what I think it should be but they aren’t rude or anything, they just wouldn’t make me feel comfortable dining in.

First is not a restroom on side for customers. Second the guy cooking is the same guy that is handling the money. And he have an attitude. We asked for a large drink and after he charged he said that it was and extra dollar if I want a bigger drink. And then $15.00 and the sandwich was the biggest one and is the size of a hotdog bun.

They should just board this place up. I’m pretty sure the bulk of their business comes from travelers, as the establishment lies directly off the I90. The food is tasteless and sold in very small portions. Terrible experience.

Love these stores when I can find one! Main complaint is that we , Need more of them! But so far. I loved the food ! Was good and it’s priced fair. Excellent amount on the quantity of meat and toppings and the quality of the sandwich is spot on! I really enjoyed it and will be stopping back soon! Keep up the good work!

It’s the service for me. I always go to this location since it was opened and the customer arrive has gotten bad. Especially at night. You do not abide by your hours that are posted on one and make your own rules up. The men that you have working at night are very rude, and need to learn how to speak to women and understand that I know and understand the culture differences. You need to change your hours online because it’s says 10:30 they you close. When I pull up to order at 9:30, your employees say it’s online only. You need to make changes to your site, there are no signs posted saying that you will stop taking drive thru orders at a certain time. Hence when a customer speaks up and say something, do not get an attitude because that person is right. It is false advertisement to have your hours posted to 10:30 for drive-thru and not accept any type of orders unless it’s online only

Whole experience was foul. They swept the floor and continuously went to the back where the trash was and fixed my sandwich. When I asked for a refund they refused and offered me another sandwich with an attitude. Never again. Also did the same with door dash orders they were making.
