The place is under new ownership/management. It’s a Mr. Hero so you know how it is…
The place is very clean from what I could see, and it’s a pretty new building so it’s not run-down or seedy. They seem to always be understaffed. The staff they DO have, however, seems OK but it’s EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to understand what they’re saying due to an EXTREME Indian/Hindu accent. They seem friendly and courteous enough but service is quite slow. It’s a “Catch 22” because while the service is very slow and it seems to take nearly the lifetime of a galaxy from the time you order your food until you have your food in your hand at the drive-thru, it’s because everything is cooked to order so you’re getting VERY FRESH food. The food quality seems good for a fast-food restaurant. They do have some new items on the menu, one of which I recently tried and found to be delicious (which is what I went back for today)…Loaded Potato Wafers…it comes with cheese, bacon, chives, and what I believe to be ranch. I’m not 100% certain because of the mix of all the flavors but it’s a white sauce and the dish is actually delicious. One thing one can’t help but notice is that they are very rarely busy. If you go through the drive-thru you’re likely to be the only one there most of the time. I’m not sure why this is as I personally don’t have any complaints about the place other than it’s very expensive for fast-food. I ordered two of the large Loaded Potato Wafers and nothing else and it cost $11.98. A few days ago I ordered a MEDIUM Hot Buttered Cheesesteak with only extra meat but no onions or mushrooms and one large Loaded Potato Wafers and it was OVER $20.00!! Just TWO ITEMS and $20 plus dollars. But, again, that’s Mr. Hero, it’s ALWAYS been expensive but THAT was a bit of a shocker. While I have no complaints other than the ridiculous cost and how long it takes to get your food, I can’t give 5 stars because it’s just not 5 star worthy in my opinion. 4 stars is still excellent in my book, though.

So underrated. The people that work here are so kind and patient. Genuinely some of the best service I have gotten in a fast food joint. I don’t understand why their business is so slow, as their food is always fresh to order, not that expensive and a nice change of pace from McDonald’s or Taco Bell. I wish there was more personality in the interior but, it’s a corporate chain, so I get it. Many chains have opted to minimalism. I think people only avoid Mr hero because they’re still bitter about losing KFC. You guys are doing great. Keep it up, friends!

Mr. Hero’s subs are bursting with delicious flavors. Their sub house dressing takes their subs to the next level of deliciousness. The entire Mr. Hero menu is very delicious and always hits the spot. One of my many favorite Mr. Hero delicious sides are their breaded mushrooms. So yummy!! I love that Mr. Hero has many vegetarian options as well on their menu. Their food is consistently delicious and always fresh. It’s always a pleasure to satisfy a Mr. Hero craving. The service is always very friendly as well. Thanks Mr Hero!!

This may be my last time at Mr. Hero. The prices have soared yet they’ve cut back on the actual product. Pictures provided are a small order of Onion Petals – they didn’t even fill up the mini paper holder – at $5, this is a huge rip off. They didn’t even fill the drink up all the way.
Almost $30 for a couple of sandwiches, sad sides and an almost full drink – could have ate like a King at McDonald’s for half that price. Sorry guys, I think I’m done. I know inflation is hitting everyone hard but geeeez, you’d have to be an idiot to continue paying double the price for half of the food.

Small portion ( order the largest sub so the fries portion should match) sub bread was burnt! mind you this was my second try with this location u pay so much and get half a hand full of fries DO NOT size up your meal it’s a rip off and the staff always look like they just rolled out of bed not professional visual wise ( so imagine how they make your food) but they smile it’s so weird I’m not surprised the food looks the same stale dry and under a heat lamp ill drive farther for better
