This is the only location for Mr. Hero’s that I go to.
This store is always the cleanest and friendliest restaurant that I go to.
I work a lot and I pay for everything on my own.
So when I spend my money somewhere I’m not only spending my money but I am also spending the time that I used to get that money, and time is something we can never get back. Food quality and accuracy is the most important thing to me when I am spending my money. The people here always are super friendly and they always keep the store super clean. You never have to wait long for your food at all when you go here. I always tell people about this specific location when we bring up places that we like to eat because I love eating here more than just about anywhere else. Caring about my food is caring about my life and they definitely make sure you’re getting the quality that you’re paying for with the money you spent so much time earning. It’s not far from the highway at all, in fact it’s very close. If anyone doesn’t have time to cook or is out and about being busy and working and can’t afford to spend too long waiting for food, I seriously recommend you stop into this location and get yourself something to eat. I promise you you will never wait long at all.out of all of the Mr. Hero’s in the different cities and townships of Lorain County, this is literally the only one I go to for a while now because of how clean they are and how good they prepare my food. You will never ever get low quality food from this location, I promise. Every dollar I spend here is an investment for their business and they take great pride in making sure your investment into them is returned to you with the best quality and service.
I love this location and everybody that works here and I hope they know how much appreciation I have for the care they take into making my food, because food is the most important thing to me and the one thing I get to enjoy every day.

I haven’t had Mr Hero in years. Can’t even remember when. This Mr Hero was very clean, the lady at the register was friendly and helpful. We ordered the Romanburger, cheeseburger, fried mushrooms, fried pickles , and the jalapeño poppers. Everything was really good. Check this place out next time you’re in the area.

I Love this place! The staff is so friendly and restaurant is so clean! Bathrooms are always clean and we’ll maintained as well. Prices are good. The romanburger is amazing! Got hooked on these as a child. It was a privilege to get to eat out ,so when we did, it was a roman burger with friend mushrooms. We’ve never lived closed to Mr. Hero, so everytime we’re in town, we stop by and grab some good food that soothes the soul Thank you so much to all the staff as you are greatly appreciated for your hard work and dedication!

I’ve tried the Chicken Philly at various Mr. Hero locations, but this branch truly stands out! The sandwich here was exceptional perfect. The cheese was melted to perfection , blending beautifully with the tender chicken and caramelized onions.

I recently visited the Mr. Hero location in Sheffield Village and had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely great, and the store was spotless. The staff at the storefront were wonderful and really made my visit enjoyable with their friendly demeanor. They recommended I try the Waffle Doodle sandwich, and I have to say, it’s the greatest sandwich Mr. Hero has to offer! While I love the Roman Burger, the Waffle Doodle Chicken Bacon sandwich might just be my new favorite. The staff also mentioned trying their Nashville hot sauce sandwich on my next visit, and I’m definitely looking forward to that. Mr. Hero’s Roman Burger is already one of the best things you can find anywhere, and now I’d highly recommend trying both the Roman Burger and the Waffle Doodle. I can’t wait to come back!

This Mr. Hero location blows all the others out of the water! Walking in, I was immediately struck by how clean and fresh the place felt – a welcome change from some Mr. Hero’s I’ve been to.
As a military member, I was even more impressed by their discount. But the real stars of the show were the amazing people who work there. My order can get a little complicated, with tweaks and substitutions, but they handled it all with patience and a smile.
They even suggested to try their new chicken and bacon waffle doodle – and let me tell you, it was incredible! The overall food quality here is seriously a step above other Mr. Hero locations.
Honestly, if I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommended!

Not only was it extremely welcoming coming in. But the ambience was set not only in what we seen hanging on the walls with also in the absolute and Elite professionalism displayed by the staff. We have been in Cleveland since last Wednesday which would be 4 days now, and needless to say we eat out everyday because we are on our honeymoon / business trip. With all of the places that we have eaten, Mr Hero has by far exceeded our expectations on cleanliness and hospitality. Not to mention the food was absolutely impeccable and I am also a licensed executive chef. Well done Mr Hero and its staff!
