My husband and I came here on a whim because we were both in the mood for a Roman burger (hadn’t had one in over a year). Walk into the restaurant it was clean and the cashier we interacted with was friendly. For was very good. The only problem we had was that we ordered the bte but got the normal amount of meat on our sandwiches.

I would have given them a 5 star service but the young lady forgot my cheese sauce! However, my Roman w/Crispy BACON was 5 STARS! Waffle fries were hot too but, no cheese (at .99) landed them in the garbage.

Called in my order and when I got it home the order was wrong. I asked for a Deluxe cheesesteak and got meat and bread. Was told it was my fault. All the food was cold, fries and cheese were cold and about half of a regular size serving. I’ve been going to this restaurant since the 70’s. Never Again. $30 to feed 2 people greasy cold fast food is too much.

Excellent service. We live out of town and in Central Time Zone, so we arrived later than expected a few minutes before closing. They heard our story and served us delicious food with the best attitudes ever. ( I worked at the Puritas Rd location in the early 80’s and will always miss Mr Hero food!!) Have wished for years that the franchise would extend from NE Ohio Thank you again RT 58 Mr Hero!
