The food is good for fast food. The server was nice. The last time I was here was his first day. He was polite then too. Today they were out of regular cups so we were given these buckets. Nobody should drink this much pop. I didn’t, and neither did my coworker. Sometimes I tell people I don’t want that much pop. I ate my banana so I used a mandarin for scale. Mandarins are good. They are a lot easier to peel than most oranges. I like to try getting the peel off in one big chunk and make it into a hollow mandarin when I’m done eating it. The insides. I don’t eat the peel. I didn’t give the atmosphere a high rating because I was in my car and there were a lot of commercials on the radio.

This place is a Columbus staple and childhood favorite, I stopped by this location after many years and it honestly hasn’t changed a bit. The service was quick but they were a bit short staffed with the order taker having to run both drive through and the front counter. The food came out quick, hot and fresh. The restaurant itself could use some TLC and updates but it is also a classic spot. Overall, great food and friendly staff.

Mr heros is always so good. The place is always clean no matter which one you go to. They are never packed but theres customers in there every visit. The food is made to order and gosh darn tasty. The pepperoni bites were slamming. They have so many great choices on their menu and the desserts look so good.

I love Mr. Hero and will smash a Roman Burger at any opportunity. Been part of the legion of Hero’s for decades.
All that said, this place was absolutely disgusting. The restrooms were filthy and smelled terrible. Didn’t even trust the paper towel dispenser. The whole restaurant smelled like the trap was backed up or in need of service.
The first impression was terrible and I didn’t trust the cleanliness to even order food.

Used to eat here regularly but not so often anymore. Stopped in here a few weeks ago and was dumbfounded by the price increase of their subs. Don’t mind paying more, if it’s the same portion size, but the sandwiches have shrunk drastically in size as well. Looks more like they’re being put on a hot dog bun than a sub bun. It’s just not an economically sound choice for me to eat her anymore. This used to be one of my favorite quick stop eateries. Although the food was still delicious, I can no longer afford it. You can get more for less, at alot of other sandwich shops.
