Was a longtime customer of Mr. Ginger until several poor experiences of late. Placed an online order with an email receipt sent, only to find the restaurant closed when I arrived. The next time I ordered, my standard order for my family was almost $30 more than typical. There was food missing from the order, and it took speaking to 3 people to get refunded for the missing food. I was also asked if I would like to text my credit card number to process the refund.

I very much enjoy this type of “Chinese” food! They have a great selection, the restaurant is very clean, and the staff is friendly. My favorites are the lo mien, sesame chicken and beef with broccoli. Their egg rolls and crab Rangoon are really good too! I especially enjoy that you can order online and specify a pick up time.

General tso’s chicken was overcooked. Hard to chew. Fried rice was mostly rice with barely any chicken. Could not see any scrambled egg, peas or carrots. The pork egg rolls were okay but overpriced just average. Not a good value for money. I wouldn’t mind paying more for food that has that bam! It was rather disappointing.

Everyone reading reviews, please be aware there is a 3rd party that answers phone. If and when u recieve a call back its cuz the restraunt recieves a message to call costomer back. Its not the restraunts fault. And as far as door dash, i understand there doin a favor by delivering the food, but there are so many careless drivers. I suggest if u can just pick up food yourself. That way there are no problems and also u will save money by not paying the 20-30 percent charge that doordash charges. MR GINGER food is amazing.
