I would not recommend ordering the pizza rolls from this location. This was the third time that I’ve received burnt pizza rolls from them. You would think that the employee(s) working at the store would realize that they are burnt and they would make a new batch, but they don’t care. They would rather just have them delivered to the customer to deal with it. It’s a shame that they don’t care to be decent at their job. I’ve finally learned my lesson. I will not be wasting money ordering from them again.

I ordered XL using your coupon and received two mediums. If I wanted mediums I would have chosen the medium coupon. When I called, the manager refused to take responsibility and either make me new pizzas (the 2 xl I ordered or credit me for the medium price). He blamed it both on corporate and me (saying I clicked what I clicked)…,even though you can see on the receipt that I did click xl yet the receipt is for mediums. The manager also refused to give me the franchise owners name. I’m beyond frustrated and furious. How easy would it have been to remake my pizzas or offer me a credit?!

3rd time using the services at Mr Gatti’s on Manshack, and 3rd time my order wasn’t right. Nothing complicated just that when you show up to get your order, staff can’t find it and they have to redo the order.

I ordered food online. Thinking I would get a fresh pizza. But once arrived and checked the box in the truck and noticed the pizza wasn’t even fresh. Like if it was sitting for least 30 minutes. Let’s get it together and work on accuracy. And time to put the orders in the oven.

I place an order online, go pick it up when it’s ready which is usually 30 minutes, and I’m on my way. I’ve never had any issues with this place, and I highly recommend ordering pizza here, especially if you live close by.
They also send promotional emails with discount codes when you register an account which is great.

Be careful when you place an order their mobile app. I placed an order for 4 pizzas using their deals and the total was about $64 total (sales tax/tip and delivery fees) but when I got my email confirmation of the order, the total cost jumped to $76. It appeared that the deal promotion for $13.99 was not added and charged me for the full price. When I called the store, they said they’re unable to do anything as it’s no their fault and wouldn’t budge or offer credits for future order. What a great way to to try to fix the issue!
