Pizza seemed appealing, bountiful, and consistent. REALLY appreciate the salad bar, which had a great selection and was neat and clean. Wish there were allergy-friendly pizza options so all of the kids in our group could partake. Wish there were some interesting and healthy drink choices. Well-maintained establishment. Very disappointed to see Fox opinion show on one of the 3 TVs. We’re trying to eat and have fun and don’t need to see that.

First visit here. Exceptional salad bar! Good pizza and when I asked for crustless they made the supreme I wanted in about 10 minutes, called my name and gave me the entire pizza. It was interesting and good.

This place is delicious!! The pizza has great flavor/texture and an assortment of toppings. The pizza is made to order and is very fresh. This location is easy to find, located next to the HEB. The restaurant has plenty of seating for walk ins. There is also an area for parties as well as an arcade in the back. The staff are friendly and easy to speak with. Out of the handful of pizza places to visit in Kingsland, this location is top of the list.

We had stopped here back in 2016, and I remember it being better. The place was packed when we arrived, but it was also Memorial day weekend. We sat in the back in the arcade, and the AC wasn’t working very well. Was set for 77 and couldn’t get colder than 79. The food was not good. The crust they are using doesn’t taste like Mr Gatti’s crust, it tastes like a generic parbake crust that they have been buying from Sysco or Ben E Keith or something. It was not good. The positive is the salad bar, it has a lot of choices and they were keeping it looking pretty fresh. My attitude went south when I asked for a small plastic cup to get a little marinara sauce from the buffet, and was told they would have to charge me for the cup. You can tell when a restaurant is poorly managed when they want to nickel and dime the customers for little things like that. I included a pic of my plate of marinara that I was encouraged to use to avoid a charge. I’m pretty sure the cost of wasted marinara out weighs the cost of the cup…. Then I heard the manager in the back yelling at an employee. I couldn’t make out everything that was being said. This place needs an overhaul from management down. Some of the employees were pleasant, but most of them looked like they didn’t want to be there.

Gattis is one of the most family oriented restaurants in Kingsland. I love the salad bar and the kids rock the pizza and spaghetti or macaroni. And of course the kids are obsessed with the arcade I may be wrong but the pizza buffet is on Wednesday and Sundays only. May have changed but that’s how it used to be.

We had a wonderful time here! It’s a big place on the inside. The people were so nice there. Everybody is chatting everywhere in there and laughter, a little toddler running around her table playing, too cute, just a real homey type atmosphere. We came on a buffet night and they have it set up real nice for everyone to serve theirselves. Kids playing games in the gameroom. The variety of food on the buffet was great and the salad bar was great as well! We’ll definitely be going back!!

We actually had a benefit in Kingsland and called Saturday morning around to get a quote on 22 pizzas. Since we were in Kingsland we decided to go with Mr Gattos. The quote was $250. We ended up ordering 23 pizzas. When we called to check if pizza was ready the price had went up to $360 ! We told them what we were quoted and the manager was so rude. We drove over to pick up pizza and he said just give me $200 and next time use Dominoes. My sister is in her 60s!!! She did not deserve to be talked to the way the manger did! He repeated several times next time just use dominoes!! We will sir but next time learn some customer service!!!! U quoted the wrong price! Not us!!!
