We scheduled a birthday party for our grandson here. Once we arrived, another customer rudely overtook the party room, claiming she had reserved it. She knew she was being dishonest, but taking the higher road, we used another space in the restaurant. Let me tell you, it worked out perfectly for us. It was exactly the correct room, with the tables and chairs we needed, and the employees were so sweet to us. They continuously came in to check on us, complimented our decorations, and were just so kind! The buffet stayed stocked the entire time we were there, which was several hours. There were so many options to choose from. Before the manager left for the night, she came in and asked again if there was anything she could get us or do for us. We definitely plan to return. Thank you for the excellent service, delicious hot food, and clean bathrooms. My daughter was very impressed with how clean they were. ✨ ️

What happened to this place.? Used to go once a week with a big party. Pizza is awful now no soups anymore. Dessert pizzas are sloppy not the same as before. Only thing the same is the guy who cleans. Maybe he should run the place. Improvements definitely needed. Big blob of dirty dough in photo.

Crrently no heat inside the restaurant. Literally like eating inside a refrigerator. Also, ceiling is leaking and has major brown spots. And can you please put the Parmesan shakers back on the tables? Shouldn’t have to scoop it out of a bowl and dump it on top of pizza. New owner has some serious work to do to say the least.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Tried to order online and wasn’t having luck so I tried to call. The phone went straight to a voicemail several times. I then saw you can order pick up through door dash so I did that. The email I received said my almost $70 order would be ready about 30 minutes after I ordered between 3:45 -3:55. I got there at 3:52, walked to the counter where I told the gentlemen I was there for a doordash pick up order. He went to check on it where I heard a woman yell at him “its not ready yet, I don’t know what to tell you get out of my face.” The gentleman came back and said “its going to be about 8 more minutes, its not in the oven yet” so I waited for 15 minutes against the wall where I witnessed someone take 2 pizzas off the buffet and box them up, another customer ordered a to go pizza where he was told wait would be about 10-15 minutes. 2 minutes go by and that customers order was ready. I walked back up and asked if my order was ready yet and was told that it was gonna be another minute because my cheese sticks were being cut. Another few minutes go by and finally my order was ready, I was given 2 of the pizzas taken off the buffet and boxed and fresh cheese sticks. I told them I should have 4 boxes total because I ordered 3 pizzas and cheese sticks, & showed my receipt. After arguing with me a very short time they look at their kindle and say “oh I missed the cheese pizza” then proceeded to hand me an already boxed up cheese pizza. Later on that afternoon I was telling a friend of my experience and that id never be back because of the customer service alone. She decided to call up there where the general manager then told her “I don’t believe you, take it up with door dash” this place has the worst customer service i have ever seen and for that reason alone, I will not be back.

Ever since they added the games, the restaurant has honestly gone down hill. Was here about a week ago and had to put my order in for pizza 3 times before they finally cooked it and even then it came out burnt. The salad bar used to be so good but now is half the size and most the toppings were old and soggy; instead they have disgusting pasta and even grosser cheese and chips. Used to love coming here with kiddo and family but now well not be returning.

Gatti’s in shepherdsville is awesome! Tabby, the manager, and staff are incredibly polite and helpful. They take any request! Open food bar with salads, pasta (spaghetti, Fettecini, etc), pizzas, and dessert. I love the spaghetti and meat sauce. Went with cheese pizza today. Finished it off with a smores dessert pizza! Great place, great food, great staff. We come here at least once everytime trip we make to kentucky.

I guess this is what happens when corporate takes over. Since January my pizzas have had hardly any ingredients whatsoever barely any sauce on them. Way to ruin a great restaurant. We have been eating there for over 20 years. It’s terrible now…..and no I won’t contact you. You should have left the food alone and just raised the pizza price you cheapo.

I always go away stuffed. It all looks so good and if they don’t have something you want they fill request at no extra charge. The employees are always polite and helpful. If I have a special pizza I want them to make and put out I try and put the request in as soon as I walk in the door because it usually takes 30-45 minutes for it is ready and put out. But this time the announced they were putting it out on the buffet before we were finished with our salads. Besides the pizza my wife enjoys their selection of pasta dishes. I recommend this location.
