Very friendly customer service, line was long, but wait wasn’t too bad. The ice cream is definitely very creamy. Not like the icy soft serve I was expecting. But the toppings were delish! So if you’re looking for creamy this is the place. Portions were huge! I’ve added a photo of the junior size.

The first sign of spring… the opening of Mr. Freeze . Is it worth the wait? Definitely! Only quality ingredients used here with generous portions and perfectly paired toppings! Service is outstanding!

I tried the Turtle Sundae, and while the ice cream itself was average, the toppings made it really good. The heated pecans added a delightful warmth to each bite. Despite the long line, the service was prompt and the staff were incredibly friendly. There are plenty of seating options, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy your treat. Overall, a pleasant experience that I would recommend, especially for the toppings and great service.

Mr. Freeze is great. The menu is pictures up on the glass where you order – others have posted photos of that here, so take a look. Otherwise you can ask the friendly staff to steer you in the right direction. I went up and said I like peanut butter and chocolate and hate fruit flavors in my desserts. Thus I was introduced to the Buckeye Sundae. If you get a junior it’s enough ice cream for an adult, but a small sundae has the distinct advantage of topping at the top and bottom of your sundae. It’s amazing, and even though it’s a lot of ice cream, the quality of toppings at the bottom can’t be beat.
The biggest issue I run into with new comers is ok, it’s cash, but how much cash do I need? Well, search no further – here is a picture of the prices in advance so you can have an idea of how much you’re gonna need. Don’t forget the tip!

This place is insanely popular. I don’t get it…it’s fine but it’s just soft serve. They do have a ton of toppings and my child loves it. We try to go when the line is less than 30 people long though!

Amazing sundaes! Cheap and you get an awful lot of ice cream for the price! We got three baby sizes, I don’t know how people would even finish a large one! Bursting with flavor and just so so good. Friendly staff. Cash only!

This was another stop on the Ohio Ice Cream Trail and it was worth finding. All of the ice cream is soft serve with multiple flavors to choose from. I had the cherry and vanilla bean twist. It was creamy and flavorful. My husband had the orange fruit whip (like Dole Whip) and it was refreshing and a bit tart. My daughter had a chocolate/vanilla twist. The portions are huge! We all had the junior size which is most other places medium. It was $2.35 each! This is the best bargain for ice cream I’ve ever seen. They also have shakes, blizzard like treats, slushes, and too many to choose from sundaes. If you’re craving it and can’t find it here, its not to be had. My favorite soft serve spot by far!
