I would rate the pizza at Mr. Ed’s Pizza right up there with any other chain or specialty pizza restaurant… at like half the price! We especially love the Hawaiian pizza. The staff is so friendly… JR and everyone. Nothing has ever been wrong and everything is delicious, but I’m sure if anything ever was wrong they’d make it right. It’s one of our favorite places with great people!

Respectfully, the food could use a bit more work, especially the wings. Every time I get something from here its always dry or doesn’t come with the right amount I ask for. The wings were very dry even after I asked for extra sauce, and there wasn’t the amount I asked for. The workers are very nice but the food isn’t as great at times.

Ordered 4 pizza’s (Meat, CBR, and 2 Pep) thru Slice app (Order #140957908 – attached) 11/10/2025. Received 3 of the 4 pizza’s by delivery, they forgot one of the pepperoni. Delivery mistakes from Edd’s were VERY common so it didn’t bother me. I called store to let them they forgot a pizza. I could hear female in the background yelling at person on phone that we only ordered 3. “They can order another but they’re gonna pay for it!” I offered to forward my receipt to the lady on the phone as proof of my order. She declined but asked what I wanted. “I want the pizza I paid for.” Ok, we’ll send it out. Driver showed up soon after with missing pizza. I offered to show driver the receipt as well, he declined but was polite and apologized. All good despite the drama, I thought…
Next time I went to place a delivery order (11/22) I was told we are blacklisted from delivery orders. Guy I spoke with was very polite about it. In summary, manager had an attitude with us, I didn’t give in, now our home is banned as a delivery customer. Which means we are no longer their customer and someone else now get’s our $170-$260 a month in pizza sales. We specifically want to use small town local businesses but you can’t treat customers this way. If someone from the store actually reads this they can finally see the receipt (attached) despite declining every prior opportunity I gave.

I was hungry and couldn’t find anything anywhere because I was from out of town! The staff was very friendly and helpful! I couldn’t choose what to get because they have so much to choose from! They didn’t make me feel rushed like most places. Answered all my questions and was so polite! I was greeted by just about everyone working! The food was delicious! I got the lemon teriyaki wings with fries! I will be going back in a few weeks when I return to the area! Great job Mr Edd’s!

We have enjoyed there pizza for a time. The last few times we ordered they messed our order up. We tried to place a order tonight for delivery and they are refusing to deliver to us now. We order once or twice a month. The last time we ordered they didnt deliver one of our pizza we ordered and paid for. When we called they said they can make another but we would have to pay for it. My fiancé and I just recently moved to Clermont and found this place online. Pizza is really good, it kinda surprised us. The people who work there are very friendly as well. Definitely recommend going there and will be coming back.

I had a really disappointing experience with Mr. Edd’s Pizza. The phone etiquette was awful — every staff member I spoke to was rude and dismissive. After waiting nearly two hours for my food, I called to ask for a refund, and they actually hung up on me. I completely understand that places can get busy, but there’s no excuse for being rude to customers. That’s exactly why I asked for a refund. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Was told to call up there today because saturday night, they got my Pizza wrong and they were closing. Well, I call up there today. And the lady wants to catch an attitude with me and tell me that they do not have to remake my Pizza and they don’t care about their customer service. Not only did she not listen to the problem. I had she did not help fix it. And she said she was the manager.
