This place should be avoided. The woman with dirty blonde hair is rude and unpleasant and is in need of training of customer service. The food was disgusting found the longest strand of hair in my food. Food went right in the garbage. This place should be closed down. Avoid at all costs!

Incorrect order. Owner was rude and unwilling to correct it, called me unreasonable, difficult and other unsavory things all because I called to complain about the order. He slammed the phone down on me and cursed at me. Ordered a gluten free wrap, which they do not have. Ordered ketchup on the side instead received a soggy sandwich. All of this could have been settled with a simple acknowledgement and offer to amend, instead of all of this hostility. Terrible restaurant with terrible food and even worse customer service.

Went here off of a recommendation and the guy that took my order had his airpods in. The sandwich I ordered had different options (Buffalo Chicken or turkey, and blue cheese or ranch), but he didn’t ask which I wanted and just put his phone up so he could watch his video while he made it the way he wanted. It wasn’t great, I threw it out.

Running late and looking for somewhere to eat… Out of Season so loads closed… This is a sandwich bar cooked/made to order… It helps to know what you want before you walk through the door…. Good portions and was busy…. But if you’re visiting from the UK… America ain’t cheap $10 + for a sandwich….

Their sandwiches are always delicious and I highly recommend M&R for any of your catering needs as well! I ordered two party heros (3ft) – “the Boss” and “the Italian” and everyone at our party was raving about how delicious they were! They were super affordable as well. Being super pregnant when I picked up my order, the nice gentleman behind the counter walked the heros out to the car for me. Thanks M&R!
