Mr. Chow is a real showstopper. From the moment you step inside, you’ll be treated to a world of elegance and refinement. The food is topnotch, and don’t even get me started on the lychee Martini it’s a real ‘martini to be around’! All in all, Mr. Chow is the perfect spot for any special occasion or night out with loved ones.

Mr. Chow was an incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, the energy, artwork, and overall ambiance set the tone for a special night. Every dish we tried was full of flavor and beautifully prepared, and the pacing of the meal felt just right. The service was attentive and smooth without ever feeling rushed. It’s one of those places that makes an evening feel elevated and memorable, a true New York staple I’d gladly return to.

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Mark at the Lower East Side location of Mr. Chow, and I can’t recommend him highly enough! His service was impeccable; he was attentive and made sure I felt well taken care of throughout my visit.

Mark’s knowledge of wine was truly impressive. He guided me through the options with confidence and enthusiasm, helping me choose a fantastic wine that perfectly complemented my meal. His recommendations were spot-on and significantly enhanced my experience.

What stood out the most was Mark’s inviting aura. His warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and added to the overall enjoyment of my evening.

I look forward to returning to Mr. Chow, especially knowing that I might have the pleasure of being served by Mark again. His exceptional service and expertise truly make a difference!

One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Tribeca. The food was excellent — the Chicken Satay and the Green Prawns were standout favorites, and the Beijing Duck was absolutely worth it. But what really made the night special was the service. Nyeelah Lewis was our point of contact and she made everything seamless. Super attentive without being overbearing, warm energy, and she made sure we got the right recommendations. It felt personal, elevated and smooth from start to finish. Because of her, this was one of the most memorable dinners I’ve had in the city. I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend Mr Chow Tribeca.

Horrible from start to finish. Service was not spaced out appropriately. Felt very pushy to order more food even though we are 4 girls that Don’t need an app and an entree. They told us there was a minimum of $75 spent but drinks or dessert doesn’t count in that minimum. The staff seemed very stressed out to make a sale. Just a horrible dining experience. Will not be back. Seems like this place lost being relevant but this type of hospitality will just push people away further.

Amazing food. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Our experience was top notch. Tried a few things we normally wouldn’t have because the waiter recommended them and they were delicious.

Has has always been top notch here but recently we’ve seen portions being reduced and prices gone up. Last night we had a unfortunate experience when we (7 people) were wrongly charged for 11 bottles of Pelegrino when we only had 4, and they put up a fight with us over it. That’s why they loose a star for my review. Otherwise great place, but we will probably think twice before coming back after a small sour taste from the argument.

Quite possibly the worst dining experience ever. I knew it was going downhill as soon as my “5 spice old fashioned” came out in a glass full of ice. Which by the way tasted like Fireball on the rocks. We didn’t even stay to order dinner after our appetizers tasted nothing more than frozen food from Trader Joe’s. This place is just a name at this point, the reality is it’s just way overpriced Chinese food.

We had an outstanding experience at Mr Chow. The food was absolutely delectable, each dish bursting with flavor. The service was very friendly . Additionally, the fragrance of the fresh lilies added an extra touch of delight to the ambiance. Highly recommend visiting for any occasion.
