Lazy workers .I asked 4 times for chicken to cooked well done – due to pinkness inside.. several folks told me it is. Once I receive my food not hot. Then the chubby male manager said it’ll be 15 minutes to do that .I had no problem waiting 15 minutes the 1st time .but they all lied and said it was fresh out of the grease..liars

The chicken was the only thing that was good. I ordered through the drive thru and I asked for BBQ chicken. At first was given plain whole wings. I’m so glad I checked my food before I pulled off. No BBQ sauce. So then I had to pay 1.00 more for the BBQ sauce. That’s cool but the menu doesn’t say it’s extra. Than I get back to work to eat my lunch and the Mac n cheese dried out and has no cheese, the mash potatoes was soupy and runny and the biscuits around the edges was hard and the middle was soft. The chicken was falling off the bones and was so good. But it’s a HECK NO for me ever returning, especially for $12 and no drank came with it. What type of meal is that.

I use to manage Mr. Chicken, and my kids were raised on it, as it changed hands my kids really don’t like it and I’m not real fond either. The Mac and cheese my daughter says always taste sour and I also tasted it and it does have a sour taste. The old recipe was unbelievably good and creamy. The breading on the chicken also tastes more salty definitely not the same or as good. Mashed potato’s are bland those use to be my son’s favorite not anymore. Green beans aren’t bad. I truly think you should go back to the old recipes. I’ve had several people tell me they don’t like the new flavors. I thought it was just me but it’s not.

Chicken was not fresh, mashed potatoes are instant and not mixed up good. Please make sure your food is fresh and not old or sitting around for a while.. Would not recommend this location at all

⭐ 1 star – Locked Doors, No Service, Staff Running Away I stopped by Mr. Chicken on August 2nd at 12:58 PM, expecting to grab lunch during clearly posted business hours. The doors were locked. No signage. No notice.
Even worse — there was a worker sitting outside on his phone, who later ran off when he saw I was taking photos. The whole experience felt like a prank.
As a customer trying to support local food businesses, this was deeply disappointing. If you’re not going to honor your posted hours, at the very least, communicate with the people who show up.

So disappointing. I don’t give bad reviews. I try to find good points in every restaurant. The service was entirely too slow. This was just bad. I had to wait 20 minutes for two cold sandwiches and a large fry. The buns were hard and dry, and the chicken was cold. The only good thing is that the fries were hot and crispy. There are so many other restaurants to choose from. I’m going to avoid this restaurant in the future.
