the next time i tried to order from this restaurant, not thinking that they would take a customers complaint personally. i waited the hour delivery time they stated and when i called the restaurant to find out where my delivery was , she said we are not delivering to you we cancelled your order
i would not order from this restaurant this is terrible customer service. this is no way to run a business!
I ordered my food. Then I ordered again because my friend came over and also wanted food. I tipped 15%. The driver called me yelling that I ordered twice and that it’s too far to deliver again. He told me I need to come get the food or pay more in a tip. I told him what he was doing is illegal and I will not pay more while he holds my food hostage. I told him to keep the food and I’ll just report him. I hung up and he kept calling me. I answered and asked that he stop calling me, I told him to keep the food and to not come to my house. Then he showed up banging on my door yelling. I reported them to grubhub and called the police. I’m filing a police report as well. I will NEVER order from here again and I suggest no one else order from here. If you don’t tip 20% or more the driver will hold your food hostage and demand more money. He left the food on my doorstep and left. I threw it out. There’s no way I’m eating that. He could have spit in it because he didn’t get more money from me.
Totally bummed! At least it didn’t break me.

When I simply asked for prices, she got annoyed and dismissive, as if it was an unreasonable request. Her tone and attitude were so unwelcoming that I immediately canceled my order and walked out. If a business expects customers to spend their money, the least they can do is provide basic courtesy and transparency.
It’s a shame because I was willing to give this place a try, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. Customer service matters, and this restaurant seriously needs to work on it.
