Food was delicious and the staff were all very friendly and polite. My only issue is just how small a small order of boneless spare ribs is. Much smaller than anywhere else I’ve had from. I think next time I will stick to the larger portions

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in fall river, all the other 1s are trash. The only thing to be wary about since I’ve ordered from this restaurant for at least seven times is that they don’t bring you everything in the in your order especially when delivery that you’re supposed to get in your meal so make sure that they give you what you’re supposed to get because when you call back to get it the next time around they deny that they never gave it to you so as far as the business practices of honesty

Delicious! Heard all the buzz about this place mixing portuguese and Chinese so decided to give it a try. The McFusion dish comes with chourico fried rice, cacoila wonton, cacoila egg rolls, and chourico rangoons. What a mix of flavors. Also got homemade dumplings, small wonton soup, and large chicken with ginger and scallions. Small wonton soup is enough for one adult I’d say. Couldn’t finish all this good food but glad to have leftovers. Will definitely go back!

Really delicious. We got the General Tso’s combo and the beef with mushroom combo. Both were very good. Pork fried rice was very flavorful and beef teriyaki was good too. My husband loved the hot mustard they have – it was just strong enough! A bit on the pricier side for the area (almost $30 for the two combos when we are used to paying around $20), but we would definitely get again.

This is my second time ordering from this place due to the fact I gave them the benefit of the doubt when I ordered when they first opened and the food wasn’t the greatest. Again the Fb posts the owner is posting looks so good that makes you want to try the food. So I was like hmmm let’s give this place another chance. Big mistake in my part and should’ve just ordered from my regular go to place. The “dom dom” special looked nothing like what the pictures on Fb look like. The chicken seemed over cooked and soaked in this super sweet but spicy sauce. Sadly the one thing I looked forward to, the crab rangoons didn’t even look like they fried them! Overall I should’ve learned my lesson from the first time. Save yourself the trouble and enjoy a better meal from other Chinese restaurants in the city. Included are what I expected in the aluminum pans vs what I got…

Mr. Chen’s is the place to be! Everything I have tried has been amazing. The food is always hot and fresh and the staff there are phenomenal. I highly recommend Mr. Chen to everyone! My family and I travel from New Bedford for his food. 5 ⭐️ for sure!!

Tried Mr Chen for the 1st time. Place was very busy and at max capacity. They weren’t taking walk in orders. Luckily, I ordered General Tso’s, McFusion and a chow mein sandwich online. Everything was pretty good. The chow main was just a little too dry. Bread and noodles probably soaked up some of the sauce. Crab Rangoons were good. Didn’t get the brown sauce for the cacoila wontons. Worth trying again for sure.

Place just opened, we ordered using the paper menu & was charged extra $1 for chicken wings (extra charge not listed for wings) when ordering a dinner meal. Ordered a small boneless spare ribs and was charged for a large. Spare ribs were dry, burnt and tasted gross. The chicken wings are only halfs not full wings like every other chinese restaurant in the city. Were told 15 mins ended up being a 45 min wait. The rest of the food didn’t look appealing at all. When picking up the order they didn’t even have change to give so had to round up. The staff was friendly. The only good thing about this place was they let me return the order for a full refund. I’ll stick to China Star. The pictures look better than the food does in person.
