Its a lunch truck maybe not fancy but piqued my curiosity based on the pictures alone; food looked delicious and I was surprised they had only a couple of reviews.
I was glad I decided to eat here a new spot for me.
I actually asked other customers that arrived and they said it was their first as well.
Anyways the staff was extremely friendly and asked how food was and if had any suggestions.
I ordered an Al pastor taco and tripitas.
Great tripitas I wouldn’t say I’m the biggest fan not because I don’t like them but because they are rarely cooked the way I like them. To my surprise they asked how I wanted them done. Huge plus know they’re prepped to cooed according.
The tacos were amazing and were prepared perfectly from the tortillas to the meat.
Tacos almpastor can vary quite a bit I guess it would be a matter of preference. While these didn’t have much Adobe or seasoning redish that’s is common the meat was cooked perfectly tender and juicy whichbwas great.
The tripitas were also done like I like them bit crispy exterior soft interior without them being too chewy.
While they have few reviews think those that try their food eventually will be pleasantly surprised.
Definitely some of the best tacos I’ve had in Thorton and surrounding areas.
