Went in for a quick bite, well could’ve been quick if they even noticed that we walked in. Wasn’t a very big crowd, mainly the seats around the bar were full. We sat down at a table by the bar, then a couple left and we went up to the bar hoping for better service. No such luck, different ladies behind the bar than the last time we went so I don’t know any of their names. We were going to give them 5 more minutes to at least ask us what we want to drink. A lady that I guess just showed up finally came up to us. She said she thought we were on the other girls tab, we said nope! We’ve been waiting for someone to even ask us if we want a drink!! And we were there to also get a bite to eat and then go home. We’ve been to places where they at least say welcome in as soon as people walk in the door, not here! I’m not going to speak for other people, but we tip really well and customer service makes it even better!! I’ve been seeing a lot of posts about server’s getting bad tips, but we don’t know how their service was, and that tip could’ve been a big reflection. You need to treat all your guests as a regular. Tonight was probably the smallest tip that we left ever and it was still around 15%. While we were waiting we even watched the bar tender have a double shot with a group at the bar, maybe that’s a normal thing? Maybe that’s the type of dive bar this is? Maybe we’ll give it another try later down the road.

Bartenders are rude to non regulars they just ignore them unless they yell for their attention but when they do get to you they have manners for most part the food is great including the new one I believe her name is Tiffany she is sweet polite and does her best to make sure your food is right has no problem asking the servers questions even if she isn’t treated decently she puts up with crap from bar tenders one even told her that it doesn’t matter if she off the clock customer orders come first uh hello if she is off the clock she’s no longer an employee but a customer. Anyways over all this is a great bar.

Nice and trashy just like ol tommy boy! hehe i love this place. Its a greeat place to meet younger men! geta few drinks in these soldiers and they all wanna hang with Tom Baxter! yum! The young lady behind the bar is the only reason that section is 4 stars, she kept the younger men away from me, and more focused on her! seems a little funny! remeber the USS yorktown@! hi ho silver!!!

The Elk burger and the Bison burger are both excellent choices. We stopped in here for the first time tonight while visiting the area. The establishment has good pool tables, plenty of dart boards, and various games. There is ample seating and parking available. We will definitely be back!

I have ordered food to go and now I have eaten inside. Depending on who you are, I wouldn’t recommend eating inside. While we were there, a guy lit a cigarette inside and then walked outside to smoke it. Today, I believe JJ was her name, she seemed to put “the regulars” ahead of us at all times. She even walked away before she finished taking all our orders. Now she was busy, because she was attending the bar to, but her focus was more on the regulars she knew. The food was fabulous. The atmosphere isn’t for family’s and it’s dark. But ordering the food to go, is a better idea.

Bar tender named “Princess” refused to serve me because she can’t read IDs. She said my Navy ID was a fake and that she wasn’t going to be fooled. I offered my drivers license and she wouldn’t even acknowledge me. Then proceeded to be rude and made me and my family leave because she knew she was wrong and was embarrassed. She couldn’t even talk straight because she acted as she was drunk.

Hamburgers are among the best I have had. There is plenty of meat and the hamburger meat is flavorful. My favorite thing on the burger was the bacon, the bacon is cooked well done and taste great. When I looked at it, it was put together well.

Burgers right on the money!! Didn’t care for the fries but some folks do. Good but I’ve had better. I will be back to try thd breakfast. Loved the jukebox up loud!!
