I always come to this restaurant and usually have a good experience. I understand that today was busier than usual and it looked like they were short-staffed. Many tables were not cleaned, including ours. When we sat down, the table was still dirty and no one cleaned it until our food arrived. That part I tried to be understanding since I know busy days happen.
However, what really disappointed me was the service afterward.
After finishing our meal, I asked the lady for a to-go box. She said “okay,” but it never came. I asked a second time — still nothing. The third time I asked, she said she forgot. That was already frustrating.
When we paid, it became even worse. My husband and I spent $92. When paying, I selected a $9 tip. It’s not like I didn’t tip her at all — I gave $9. Before I tapped to pay, she looked at the screen to check how much I was tipping and told me the minimum is 10%. First of all, 10% of $92 is $9.20 — I was only 20 cents short. Instead of appreciating the tip I gave, she told me I needed to add $2 more.
I always receive great service from Alex — he is friendly and professional. Unfortunately, he wasn’t there today. This was my first time being served by this lady (I don’t know her name), and the experience was very disappointing.
I don’t usually write bad reviews, but today I felt completely disrespected. Service comes first. Tips are earned — NOT FORCED !! That is not how customers should be treated.

I was here almost once a week, the staff is very friendly, and food is quite tasty with a reasonable price . Love the special drinks , at least is not too sweet. Server Linda has great service for us today . Highly recommend.

This place is decent. Parking is convenient, and there’s plenty of seating inside so there’s no need to wait in line. The grilled cold noodles I ordered were pretty good, but the lamb skewers were average. The meat was a bit small and dry, not fatty enough, and had too much tendon. Overall, it’s an okay restaurant.

A nice barbecue place with a comfortable atmosphere. It’s a good spot to sit down, eat, and chat without feeling rushed. The place is well decorated and feels welcoming. The food is tasty and nicely prepared, and the service is very friendly.

My friends and I were originally trying to grab a meal beside it, but due to no parking space and the parking space was for this restaurant…thus we decided to give it a go.
The food tasted alright and it was quite pricey for its tiny portion size leaving you quite hungry. We ended up ordering the noodles and the rice just to be full.
The service was pretty good in proactively clearing our table, but the downside was that nobody spoke English or can speak English to us despite knowing that we were speaking English.
Atmosphere was alright, but the seating was quite low and uncomfortable.
Overall the experience was mediocre and would not recommend to others given the unjustifiable price cost to food and extremely hard parking.
