Everything should support the vision. That’s key in the retail and restaurant industry, if you ask me. As a business major, I’m paying attention to that, including the customer service you offer.
I made a quick stop here months ago; I think I grabbed some hot peppers and water. Thank you for the customer service.
Side note: One of the workers mentioned how his son wants to become a publisher! DREAM BIG!

Nice place to grab a quick bite. I love their grilled chicken sandwich and their chicken pita. The workers are more than happy to customize my order and there’s little to no wait time. The atmosphere is great too.

I had the Chicago Dog, slice of sausage pizza and the burger combo with bacon and chili and a slice of chocolate cake. The Chicago dog was delicious (hard to mess that up), so no complaints there. The sausage slice(3/5) was decent, it had a nice amount of cheese and sauce but I feel like it was bland. The burger(4/5) was a good size and the meat tasted good. The chili has good flavor and the bacon was cooked to perfection. The cake was over $5 , but was the serving size for a toddler. I would go back and try the beef next time. My only complaint was the pizza and the cake(tasted decent) but was small, small.

Long service time for the person in front of me to be served and then a still relatively long time to be served myself for a store with 3 feet of entry space after 2 broken doors in front.
A cheap plain beef at $7.59, but very expensive toppings upcharges. $1.59 for peppers and $1.59 for cheese $10.77 for a beef with both.
A mild spiced heat, but seasoned well.
Inconsistent beef thickness, lots of little chunks and shreds mixed with a couple thick cut pieces as well.
Could be ever so slightly less dry.
Bread tastes great and picks up the juice well.
Bread still holds together well despite being dipped.
A great beef 4/5.

Pizza slices tasted like school lunch pizza so I did enjoy it due to the nostalgia. The restaurant had a bad smell due to dirty mop water. Service was excellent. Staff was super friendly. I’d go again for the old fashioned school lunch pizza taste.

If your looking for a good Italian beef- this is not the place.
Its just decent, middle-of-the-road, edible, don’t call mama about it, beef.
Weak giardinera… Decent aue jou… good bread.
The fries are prepackaged junk.
Oh! The price! Good heavenly lord! The price! …a beef with a small fry and large coke… 20 bucks and change!!!!
I get it… its not 1990 anymore, but hot damn that was expensive for mediocrity!
If you want a good bang for your buck, go to Bob-O’s down the street! (No affiliation… not getting paid for this commercial). Its the best beef in town! And some fresh cut fries!? Ooof! Sign me up any day and twice on Sunday! Its slap-yo-mama that good!
Mr Beef & Pizza co. needs to head over there and learn them something!

We typically almost always grab their italian beef which they are infinitely famous for and fries when we order from Mr Beef and maybe the occasional sausage slice, but this time around, we were in the mood for a whole cheese pizza. Phoned in an order for pick-up and was told it would be 25-30 minutes until it’s good to get picked up. Pizza was ready upon arrival, and we took it home and dug right in.
It was a decent pizza. It had an ok undercarriage with delicious cheese with a good pull, but there was just not enough sauce, which would have made the pizza exceptional. Crust did not have the desired crunch we expect from a thin crust pizza. Overall, it’s not bad. 6.3/10. Cheers!

Ordered a slice of sausage pizza, fries and an Italian beef with cheese. The pizza was pretty good. The cheese was thick flavorful, had plenty of Sauage as well. It was a bit light on the sauce though. Not sure if possible but I would ask for extra sauce next time. They weren’t stingy with the meat on my Italian beef. The beef was extremely tender and they dipped it well like I asked. It was much better than bouna. The meat was a bit on the bland side but the tenderness and quality made up for it. The prices aren’t outrageous either which I appreciate. I will try the gyro and chicken strips next time.

Ordered a Chicken on a pita that was smaller than I’ve gotten anywhere else, they don’t even put lettuce in theirs. AND they charged $9.26 instead of the $7.99 listed on their menu and on GrubHub. Definitely not worth the overpriced item.

Unfortunately, things change. $4.79 for a hot dog that doesn’t come with fries AND is not award winning, is kind of a problem. The bigger problem is that I ordered on line and the hot dog order asked how to cook the fries. Upon delivery, there’s NO FRIES! So, I call. I’m told that I ordered on line and that’s a mistake because they haven’t sold fries with a hot dog for quite a while. Well, the receipt shows how I specified the cooking of the fries for that hot dog because well – it asked me. The problem is that you can’t legally sell somebody something and not give what’s advertised. It’s kind of a BAIT AND SWITCH!! A lie as well. So, although they’ve changed hands since 1982 and I understand that things change, what I can tell you is that the original owners (TONY), would own the error and make it right. Then, he’d change whatever needed to be changed so the customer didn’t get screwed. This owner must not care about the customer. So, after 42 years- I’M OUT!!!!
