I understand I had paper temporary ID which the bartender wouldn’t take, but her attitude sucked. The parking lot was empty, and she looked visibly irritated that we had walked in. Friendliest bar? More like unfriendliest bar.

This is an African American bar. All are welcome. Small dance floor. Juke joint vibes (if you have to ask what this is, then it may not be your vibe). Patio area for talking and gathering.

Mr. As is one the friendliest Lounge’s in Denver Colorado. Its patrons are kind hearted and a fun crowd to be around. Manager Antonio is super friendly and cares how you enjoy your night out. I love the DJs that come in on the weekends and there is a good truck with to die for barbecue food items if you get hungry. I am now informed recently they are having Happy Hour on Wednesday, but call to be sure. Thank you to each of Mr.As employees and management for having a place to come socialize, dance or just chill at. If you haven’t tried Mr. A’s I would recommend. It’s not a large building but Mr.As patrons and employees make you feel welcomed.

Bartender was awesome and introduced me to the locals there! Was only planning on checking it out for an hour and a half. I stayed 4 hours! Music was old school and pretty was the crowd! Will definitely be going back!!!

I saw this bar on tiktok and wanted to check it out while visiting. Absolutely best decision, the service was outstanding from a bartender stand point. The customers were very friendly and welcoming. Next time I come visit I’ll be definitely be coming back. The outside smoking area is on point. Inside is nice and quaint with a dance floor. 10/10 recommend vibin here.
