This is a hidden little gem. We stopped here on a whim after the antique mall and were so glad we did! Bar was full of locals so you know that’s a good sign! The waitress and bartender were so friendly and happy. This isn’t one of those small town bars when you walk in and feel like an outsider. The soup I had was incredible. It was creamy Ruben. The cheese curds were amazing. Nice thin breading. My husband’s bacon cheese burger was huge and the fries are super crispy and thin like we love. What was really shocking were the prices. I have not seen prices like this years. For two soft drinks, a huge cup of soup, cheese curds and the burger and fries it was $22! We can’t even get fast food for that. I’d be here weekly if this place wasn’t over an hour away from me.
Do yourself a favor if you’re in the area and don’t miss this place!!

I am always in search of a homemade pizza. While the dough wasn’t homemade, the pizza was assembled at the bar and my green olives were cut fresh. What a great compliment to the pepperoni—not too spicy and the sauce was also on the mild side. The bonus was she cooked it 2 minutes longer for me for a nice char on the cheese and the crust. You could add your own Parmesan, chili flakes, and pizza seasoning. It washed down well with a couple PBRs. A two topping 10” pizza was only $10 on Thursdays. Even though I was the only non-regular customer the waitresses were very attentive to me.
I’ve had frozen pizzas for $10 that were not as delicious so if you are in the Columbus area, I highly recommend the pizza!! They have deals and specials each night.

This was our go-to place after my uncle’s funeral.. the food set up was decent, little snacks to munch on.. of course, full bar and menu to order from. Would have assumed that they would have used the back room area (that’s filled with broken chairs) as a space to rent for more privacy.. just a thought tho.. over all it wasn’t a bad pit stop.. we won at $1 meat raffle/paddles that were being played..

Cozy little bar, friendly people and staff. Love the homemade soups. Very tasty and creative. We always stop here on our way through town. Pizza is really good too. Highly recommend stopping for a beverage and food. Limited menu but everything we have had there was very good.

The service and food were phenomenal and very reasonably priced.

Landed at the Madison airport at 10:00 on a Friday night. They had absolutely no issue taking a pizza order for me & boxed up the last of my 3 pizzas as I was walking in. Saved this Mom & her hungry family! Pizza was great with really good sauce. We will definitely be back.

Stopped here on a recent motorcycle ride. Generally resembles a standard Wisconsin bar. The service was friendly and prompt. Burger was fantastic, the chicken strips were good and the fries were hot. Prices were all reasonable. We will be back for sure.

Pretty typical small town bar and grill, tho with a bigger menu than most places like it. The men’s bathroom reeked of ammonia, and that was at least a point off, as I didn’t want to go in again after my first trip. Otherwise, I had a good time watching a band there on New Year’s Eve.
