I was served raw fries. Completely frozen on the inside and not even slightly brown on the outside. I’m baffled how anyone thought these looked done. Major food safety issues if they are serving undercooked foods.

The place looked closed when I walked in. There were a few cars in the lot but no customers, however it did look very clean. Ordered food for takeout for a friend and myself. Gave it a try but Jimmy’s just up the road is far superior in price and food quality. I don’t think I will be back, I’ll just go to Jimmy’s.

One of the most concerning things I witnessed at this location is the way employees handle gloves. I saw staff clean out floor drains — which is one of the dirtiest parts of a restaurant — and then go right back to making food without changing their gloves. That is a huge cross-contamination risk and completely violates basic food safety standards.
Gloves are supposed to be changed any time an employee switches from a dirty task to handling food, but that is not happening here. Seeing someone clean drains and then immediately prepare food with the same pair of gloves was honestly shocking.
This isn’t a small mistake — it’s a serious sanitation issue that puts customers at risk. Until the staff gets proper training and management enforces safe practices, I can’t trust the food being prepared here.

My absolute favorite place to eat in Shenango!!! Age and her staff are always offering the best customer service to make my hot dog and milkshakes perfect!!! If you haven’t been to coney in Shenango yet you’re missing out!!!!

Honestly, gives Coney Island a bad name. Overpriced and I haven’t had a time where they haven’t forgot something or messed up a SIMPLE order. Always check your order at this place because they forget half the ingredients, then the staff acts clueless when you ask for it to get corrected. I will stick to Neshannocks where they know what “everything” means and dont cheap out on the chili.

We finally went to the new Coney Island on Ellwood road. Well it was underwhelming and over priced. Everything on the menu was Al-a-carte so it was $10-$15 per person for 2 chilli dogs and fries. The drinks were also extra. On top of that the staff was unfriendly and the restaurant was dirty and smelled stale. My order was also incorrect and when I went up to correct it they said no problem we will fix it and then 15 minutes later I asked where my food was and they hadn’t even started it. My family and I left and we will never be back. Jimmy’s hotdogs is the place to go if you want a good Chilli dog for the right price and a friendly atmosphere.

Talk about disappointing… 30 dollars for 5 hotdogs 1 fry and 2 watery milkshakes. My son and I couldn’t finish the milkshakes they tasted like someone poured milk inot melted ice cream. The hot dogs weren’t the best. Seems like they undercooked them and use a cheap brand. My son even said the hot dogs “tasted a little weird,” and the ones we cook at home are better. The frys were cold and soggy with a 2 minute drive home and tasted old.
