The restaurant is clean and not the usual take out look. This was my first and last order, the food was not up to the quality I would have expected. The fried dumplings were almost burnt, the egg rolls were big but mostly dough, and not crunchy at all. The Lo mein was flavorless, and the noodles were stiff and no sauce. The chicken and green beans were cooked well, but not very flavorful. The chicken and snow peas tasted bland, and no distinct taste of anything, no garlic, no ginger, just boring. I was hoping for the food to be much better, but even the white rice was hard and crunchy. Very disappointing.

Both times that I had gone in the afternoon with my mother to have lunch and were really disappointed with the food and the service we received. They used to be a decent restaurant when they had their store in Woodcliff Lake. Most recently we went to their new place in Montvale on Christmas Day when their holiday hours clearly showed 12-9 PM. The woman from behind the counter met us at the door and told us as we were walking in that they were closed. Mind you my mother is 88, has a walker, and to have to make her get out of the car at the curb and then to have to make her get back in when it’s already difficult for her to walk, that was utter and complete bull crap and highly inconvenient. Sorry people you are not getting my business anytime soon

Never, ever disappointed,..the food is consistent and deliciously on point every time we go there, and the service staff is accommodating and very gracious… generous portions are the norm, as is the quality.

I have been going to Marco Polo (now MP Kitchen) when they were across the street. Now that they have moved to the larger, nicer location, everything is better!
Service is excellent, food is VG for a takeout establishment. The sisters work very hard to keep the the quality above the standards of others.
This is my go-to when it comes to a quick, quality meal.
Definitely try the Scalion pancakes and fried dumplings!

First time ordering here. The quality of food was great, ordered the combo platter of beef with garlic sauce. It came with soup and egg roll.
Everything was good but the combo platter, beef with garlic sauce, very little beef, more vegetables.
I was disappointed with the price i paid.
It should be equal portion, half beef, half vegetables.

MP Chinese Kitchen is definitely one of the better Chinese restaurants in the Pascack Valley area! We have ordered here quite a bit over the last few months – we are always happy with our food and orders.
We have dined in as well – no wait service, so you have to bring your food to your table which is extremely clean and plenty of seating.
Parking is plentiful.

This place before. Looks are very deceiving. The beautiful environment did not go with the horrible food. I ordered General Tso Chicken. So horrible I had to throw it out. Tough, dry and no sauce. Was this stored in the refrigerator and microwaved? I could have gone to the supermarket and done better. I will never ever buy anything from this place.
